About: I have had the honor of having many furry best friends since childhood, such as my feisty cat, (Moning, RIP) and three guinea pigs (Mr. Wheeks, Oreo, and Bella, RIP.) I also have a long history of taking care of my friends' fur children, both cats and dogs alike. I am a medical student who is currently on summer break and am hoping to fill my days with your bundles of joy! I am a medical student on summer break so my availability for the summer is generally wide open! I am available for regularly scheduled walks or drop-in's for the duration of the summer. My goal is to not just be a person who walks your dog, but be you and your dogs' friend! Your pets safety, as well as mines and your own, are my top priority. When performing drop-in visits or walks, I will make sure to immediately tend to your pets while keeping alert of the environment around me. In terms of drop-in visits, I will make sure to have your house key/code on my persons at all times and will make sure to ensure that everything was as it was left and make sure that when I leave, doors/gates are locked and secured.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 chickens. As a child we also had a hermit crab and guinea pigs. About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. For the past 3 years I’ve taken care of dogs for multiple families, stayed over to care for pets overnight, worked as a dog walker, and always love playing and meeting new pups. I have cared for multiple pets at once, am consistent with feeding and walking schedules, have cared for pets of all ages, and love to share updates and pictures of your pup. I am a graduate student based in Lake Bluff who loves animals! I have a car and a lot of morning and evening flexibility with some mid-day flexibility as well to feed, walk, or check in on pets. I am also available for overnight stays to ensure your pet is cared for overnight. Because of my flexible schedule, I am available for last minute bookings to help care for your pet in any way needed. I can’t wait to meet new furry friends! I have two cats and one dog in the home, so I do carefully manage introductions and limit interactions if needed to ensure all pets are comfortable. For dogs, I can crate or pen if needed, providing them with personal space, or allow them to roam safely on a leash outside while ensuring they are well cared for inside. For cats, I prioritize an stress-free environment, providing personal space and ensuring quiet areas to retreat to. I understand feline body languages and can understand shy, playful, or independent cats to ensure their comfort.

About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

About: I have grown up with cats and currently have a 6 year old German Shepard named Jamie :) My girlfriend also has 2 cats that I love to hang out with and help take care of! I have a full time job outside of Rover, but am often at home during the day: able to do dog walks or drop ins for your pets. I have full day availability on Saturdays. Treating your pet like my own. On walks I’ll always make sure they’re on a leash, while staying alert to my surroundings, and check in for cues about tiredness/energy levels while making sure they get their activity in! At home will make sure they get all of the attention and care they need.

About: I’ve grown up with a taken care of dogs my entire life. We have a lively and loving home full of two children and our 1.5 year old dog. I will make sure your dog is fed, played with, walked and loved on constantly. I am currently a med student, so I have classes from 8 am until about 2 pm and then I’m available to be home studying and taking breaks to walk and love on your pet. We have an apartment so no fenced yards here unfortunately. But we have walking trails around the complex and I would love to walk your pet around there. I have two children (2 and 7) who are ultimate animal lovers too. I have a 1.5 year old dog who loves all animals. She is very high energy but extremely sweet and non aggressive.

About: We are animal lovers who would love to have your dog or cat stay overnight, for a weekend or a week! We currently have three dogs and 4 cats. We also have various foster dogs at any given time. Some are a little shy but they are all socialized and well behaved. We prefer to take the dogs on a walk when meeting but the interaction is entirely dependent on you and your dogs comfort level since you know your best friend best. We have a fenced in backyard perfect for running and playing. We try to walk the dogs several times a week. Although we have a crate, we don't use it unless your dog is not house broken or if your furry friend needs some alone time while eating. Come on by for a "bark, sniff and greet". About: I have had pets since I was 1 years old - whatever my parents let me get away with (dog, cats, fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs). As an adult I continue to own cats and dogs and currently own 2 cats. I will treat your pet as a member of my family while in my care. I nursed my cat to health from losing a kidney and he lived till he was 17yo. I nursed my geriatric dog with eye disease, arthritis until he was 14.5yo. I am more experienced with adult and geriatric pets than babies but welcome all. I am seeking supplemental income due to healthcare expenses. I'm also healing from CIRS/Lyme and need a walking partner to improve my health! My schedule is flexible although I do often have evening commitments with my son and his activities.
