“Teri was amazing! She was able to meet with us when our original plans fell through last minute. She was highly communicative and got along with our sometimes skittish dog great. We will totally be booking her the next time we need dog care!”

About: I've had my own dog since he was six, and now he's 14. From his puppy-like stage to being almost 90 in human years, I've taken care of him in aall types of physicality. He was my first dog, but I took care of my friends' and neighbors' dogs since around 6th grade. I've taught him everything from shaking my hand, to weaving through my legs. My current job requires me to come in on an as-needed basis, typically on weekends, but only from 9-3. I have all the time in the world! My yard is not fenced, but we do have a long leash/rope that we keep our dog on when outside (he runs through invisible dog fences). My dog doesn't eat shoes and won't go on furniture unless allowed, so at night he just sleeps in a dog bed. I have worked with crate-trained dogs and always do my best to maintain the pet's daily lifestyle.
“Diana was wonderful with our two playful kitties over the holidays! She was always on time, was very communicative, and had great attention to detail. Most of all, I can tell she really cares for animals. I highly recommend her and would love to have her watch our kitties anytime!”

About: I have had animals my whole life and always knew I wanted to work with them as a full time job. I currently work at an animal sanctuary and have been walking dogs on the side for a long time! Most days in my schedule I will be able to spend the whole day with your pet(s)! Because I have a part time job and I am a part time student I am busy. But I will have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends in the mornings and afternoons every day. In my home I have a dog and a few reptiles. When it comes to my dog I walk him three times a day and give him his breakfast and dinner every day. When we was younger (he's now 13) we would go to the park on weekends and he would run around with me. Now that he is older we go on long walks on the bike path or sometimes to the beach. We also play fetch in the house whenever he is in the mood for it.
About: I have over 20 years of caring for animals of all kinds. I am very personal, caring, and will treat your animal with the love they deserve. I have a full time job Monday-Friday. I can walk your dog in the morning and play with them until I leave for work. After work we can play and enjoy what new outside adventures have in store! I have the ability to come to your home if that’s your preference. I am very schedule friendly. I have a big common area and a large park with a dog area. I’m close to a walking path or can just stay in home and play. I am very responsible and have over 20 years of experience. I have two daughters 11,8 that could help as well. They love animals.
About: What sets me apart is my background as a Physician Assistant student, which means I’m calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and used to caring for others with real responsibility. I’m especially comfortable with senior pets, medication administration, and pets who need a little extra patience or monitoring. I pay close attention to routines, behavior changes, and safety—whether that’s following feeding instructions to the letter, noticing when something feels “off,” or making sure your pet is comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I also have experience with gentle puppy care, reinforcing routines, and providing consistent structure without harsh training methods. Bottom line: I don’t just “watch” pets, I care for them thoughtfully and intentionally, the same way I’m trained to care for patients. Your pet’s well-being always comes first. Weekly Routine: I’m most available Friday through Sunday, which allows for longer visits, flexible scheduling, and unrushed care. I plan my days in advance so walks, feedings, and check-ins happen consistently. Daily Care: I build pet care into my routine, not around it—no last-minute rushing. I follow established schedules closely and ensure each visit receives my full attention. Communication: I’m responsive and proactive with updates, photos, and check-ins so you always know how things are going. In short: structured care, flexible weekends, and pets that stay on their routine. I prioritize safety, consistency, and a calm environment. In a client’s home, I closely follow routines, secure doors and leashes, and respect the space. I’m attentive, careful, and proactive with communication.
About: I love animals of all kinds. I’ve cared for sick dogs, disabled dogs as well as elderly dogs. Im here because I want to be here. I’m communicative so anything regarding your dog you’ll be in the know! My availability dates are consistent so I have dedicated uninterrupted time with your pet. It brings me personal joy to be able to care of other living beings so anything I do, anyone I’ll care for I’ll do it with a smile I’ll feel more confident and content being in your home knowing your pet is in a familiar space. When I’m there I’ll be respectful of your space as well as personal items. If I or if you have any questions or concerns we can always reach out to each other
“Shannon did a great job taking care of our dog, Lucy!! It was our first time using Rover and I’m very glad it went so well. Shannon took her for lots of long walks and kept me updated on Lucy’s eating and bathroom habits. Would definitely recommend her and book again!”

About: I grew up with pets and have years of experience caring for animals, including feeding, administering medication, and keeping their spaces clean and comfortable. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs, from walks and playtime to maintaining their daily routines. Since I can’t have pets of my own right now, I truly enjoy caring for others’ and making sure they feel loved and well cared for. I’m currently a student at Wake Forest, so outside of my class schedule, I’m pretty flexible and able to adjust my routine to meet your pet care needs. I am not available 12-3pm M-Th or T/Th 9:30-11am. In clients’ homes, I focus on making pets feel comfortable and well cared for by following their usual routines. This includes feeding, administering medication if needed, cleaning up after the pets, and providing plenty of attention, playtime, or walks. My goal is to ensure pets feel happy and secure while their owners are away.
About: Ever since my family got our dog, I instantly fell in love with pets. It changed my life, I realized that dogs are companions that are always by your side. I’m always the one to walk her, play with her, feed her and so much more. Every friend that has a pet knows how much I love to spend time with them! It would be my pleasure to get to work and take care of all your dogs! I work part time with a changing weekly schedule so I would be available to do drop ins and walks around my work time, both before and after! I am available almost every day and can make time for the animals. On walks I pay close attention to ensure that the dogs don’t get into any trouble. While at home drop ins I can easily crate an animal if needed and give them the proper attention to make sure they are comfortable with me in their environment.
