This is Hillary's fiancé. Faith looked after our cats Stella and Mabel for 6 days (drop-in visits in the morning and evening). First, the positives - 1. The cats genuinely seemed to enjoy Faith's company. They became comfortable with her and were routinely playing with her/spending time with her. 2. Faith was responsive when we would text her/ask about things. 3. Faith was very kind to us during all communication. 4. Overall, Faith followed the instructions we left for her when she was taking care of the cats. The negatives - 1. Unfortunately, Faith was late by 30-90 minutes almost every day. We mentioned before booking her that our kitties are particular and are used to a certain eating schedule. We tried to be understanding because things do happen, but it just was too common of an occurrence. For example, our cats usually eat by 8:30AM and on the last day they ate around 10AM. Cats are habit oriented and we specifically hired a cat sitter instead of asking a friend to watch the cats so that they were taken care of at the times we asked for. Faith did mention on one of the days she had car issues and generally mentioned that it was a tough week for her. We absolutely have empathy for that, but the lateness was just too common throughout the week. 2. When we came back home, our apartment door was unlocked. I don't know if that happened every visit or if she just forgot the last time. 3. On the last day, we noticed in the morning we didn't get a notification that Faith started her visit and it was about 90 minutes past the agreed upon time of 8AM. We texted her and she said she had arrived earlier at 9:15 and forgot to start the visit. She said she had forgotten something in the car and that's why we may not see her on the camera at that moment. However, we looked through the camera history and did not see any sign of her prior to that time. We saw her on the camera shortly after and grab their food bowls. Based on that, we don't think she actually arrived until that moment (which was around 9:50). So there were some inconsistences that left us feeling confused. All in all, I think Faith genuinely does care about animals very much and may have overbooked herself during the week on top of having some unfortunate circumstances based on what she told us. But there were just some mistakes that we feel could have been avoided. We hired a cat sitter so that we could have peace of mind while we were away, but we spent a lot of our trip being worried and checking in because she was consistently late showing up.

Faith is such an amazing girl. She has such professional and kind communication. She’s taken such good care of Zeus and is one of the first people I think of when I need someone to take care of my puppy.
