About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 7 years old. I grew up on an acreage and we always had cats and dogs. I can administer shots and medication and have experience bottle feeding kittens and bunnies. I love animals and understand that each one is different and deserves love. About: Throughout the 20 years of life my family has always had a dog and I wouldn’t change it any other way. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I do have a dog that my family and I walk at least 3 times a day. There is lots of room in the house to play. About: Hi there! I have been watching animals for the past 20 years (both my own and friends'). I currently have a cat named Kona and a dog named Indy. Kona is full of spunk and has a great personality. She has experience living with dogs and is well socialized. Indy is still a playful puppy and a bit of a goofball. He’s well socialized and loves to play with other dogs (both large and small). In terms of care experience, I have experience with training and building social confidence. I also have significant experience working with senior cats and dogs: mobility issues, medications, blindness/deafness, seizures, and incontinence. Guadalupe did 2 dropin visits. I contacted her right away when i found out our sitter we had planned would not be in our home for the duration we expected during the holiday due to work obligations. Very professional and responsive and scheduled meet and greet which was needed 2 days prior to our travels. Sent pics, and reported any behaviors. For example our dog was little nervous coming out of crate first day since they had only met 1 time. She handled the situation well. She provided details on actions she had taken and followed my instructions. By the end of the visit our dog was laying on his back for a rub like he does for our family.members.
Gwen did an awesome job with my dog and cats. I loved the reports and pictures, and she even made great friends with my one cat that is very shy of strangers.
