About: I love caring for all types of dogs. I have experience with large, medium and small, dog sitting for family, friends and neighbors. I enjoy walking, playing, and spending quality time with each dog while being attentive to their daily routines. I create a calm, positive experience and ensure every dog receives the activity, structure, and companionship they need. I am semi-retired and have a flexible schedule, having the ability to work around your pet's weekday and/or weekend schedule. I can simply drop in for feedings, or stay and play. I have experience administering medicine as well. I provide care in your home so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, medications, and daily care, and I pay close attention to behavior and well-being. I keep your home secure during each visit and always ensure doors, gates, and entry points are safely closed. My goal is to give you peace of mind and your pet a calm, safe experience while you’re away.

About: I truly love animals and have years of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs through rescue work. I’ve helped with feeding cat colonies, TNR efforts, and supporting dog rescues, which has taught me how to be patient and attentive with animals of all personalities. I’m especially good with shy or nervous pets and always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Pet care is already a natural part of my routine. I’m used to planning my days around feeding, checking in on animals, and making sure they’re comfortable and cared for. Because of my experience helping with rescues and caring for animals regularly, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. I make sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I always follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding on schedule, fresh water, walks or playtime, litter box or potty breaks, and plenty of attention and affection. I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs to make sure they feel safe and cared for while their owner is away. About: I’ve taken care of small and large dogs before. I’ve dealt with dogs with trauma. I’m prepared to walk in rain when needed. I can also handle medication management. I’m currently working full-time remote two days a week. I’m in decent shape to walk for longer periods during my one-hour lunch break and after work at 4 pm. I’m friendly and open to a variety of pets. Though I don’t have any pets of my own, I’ll take care yours like they are mine. I’ve been trusted to care for pets for long periods. I have managed medication, special diets and walking several times a day.

About: I have been a Petco certified dog trainer since I was 18 and have dog/house sat many times since! I treat your dog like family and your home with respect! I am flexible! I am available Mondays and Thursdays all day. Saturdays I get off work at 2:00pm I work 9-5 during the rest of the days of the week. But I always need an excuse to use PTO so watching your fur baby won’t be problem! I just need a two week notice Quality time will be spent with your fur baby to make sure they keep busy. Plenty of playtime and mental stimulation. I love using puzzle toys, snuffles and other things to get a dogs mind working!

About: I am a lifelong dog parent, with over 4 decades of experience with many different breeds; ranging from Terriers to Labs, Shepherds, Huskys, Bully Breeds, Hounds, Herding dogs, Sporting and Working breeds, Toy groups, and many mixed breeds. I am home nearly around the clock, and committed full time to giving great care and attention to my highly -valued dog guests. I have spent decades frequenting the lake county dog parks; studying their behaviors and interactions with other dogs and with people, which has been an invaluable learning experience for me. I have a very laid back and easy-going approach and style that I have had great success with in relating to and connecting with dogs and their pet parents. I am very tuned in to their body language, and very adept at reading their emotions. My home is on a 1/2 acre fenced in wooded lot with a cabin like interior and country atmosphere that is both welcoming , safe, and fun for my dog guests, and I make it a top priority to treat your dogs like family. I also have lake access with a private beach if your dog(s) like to swim. I frequent the lake county dog parks and would love to take your dogs along if that is something you are comfortable with. I am very flexible - and typically available 7 days per week. I am available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideally allow for two days advance notice. Safety is my top priority. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in lot, and a very warm and comfortable dog friendly home, that was once a summer cottage close to Round Lake. I am on a quiet dead end road which is very safe for walks, as well as freedom to roam the yard. My goal is to customize my services to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I will treat your pets as I do my own- like family- lots of fun, exercise and plenty of TLC.

About: I truly take care of pets, being responsible and careful. I have had pets with disabilities, very old, and I have given them medicine orally, and topically and changed the bandages, as well as fed with my palm for very old and blind ones. I currently work part time and mostly available to take care of pets. My schedule is flexible for boarding on and off, as well as weekends I live in a single house with fenced backyard. I am available for taking care of your loved ones and have a nice place in my house for them❤️. It is clean and cozy.

About: I am moving back to Lake Villa for the summer from Boston. I am looking to make extra money. I have experience giving medicine to dogs (my dog has Addison disease). I am comfortable taking care of dogs of any size. My dog is a year and a half old and is 70 pounds. I love taking dogs on walks. I am more than comfortable staying at a house to care for your dog or do drop ins. I am a reliable, responsible, respectful and committed person who would take care of your dog the best. I have been watching dogs since I was in high school. I look forward to meeting you and taking care of your dog when you need me too. I'm currently on summer break from my full-time job. I am flexible most days and open most weekends as well. My weeks are wide open for the most part I do nanny as well. I make sure your dog goes outside frequently.I will make sure your dog gets their daily exercise as well. About: I have taken care of all different types of pets, from rabbits to snakes, to dogs, I have a wide range of experience. Especially with dogs, my sister always adopted from a shelter, some dogs were very skittish and scared, but I learned how to read behavior when a dog is showing aggression or fear. Most importantly, I love dogs of all breeds and sizes. There is no such thing as an “aggressive breed” :) I work a part time job, luckily my shifts are no longer than six hours so I am very flexible at working around my schedule! I do not offer care services at home, I have a 5 year old golden doodle and a bunny. Both mean a lot to me, and I don’t want to bring in others that they might not get along with.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life and being the oldest child I was always had the most responsibilities when caring for our animals. I currently have one cat and also have experience caring for some reptiles, small animals, and fish. I have previously dog sat for my former manager for 3 weeks. During this stay, her dog needed a few types of medication daily which I was able to correctly administer despite her dog being rather large and headstrong. Several coworkers have also trusted me to care for their animals while they were away or out of town. I do as much as I can to ensure my animals have the best life they can and I will make sure I do the same thing for yours. I just moved to the area and don’t start my job for another month. I have all the time to do whatever you need for your pet! If your pet need to come to me, my apartment complex has a large open space outdoors. They will have plenty of space to run around :)
