About: I've had dogs my entire life and have cared for them through every stage, from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I currently care for two dogs of my own, so I'm very familiar with daily routines including feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic care, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and needs, and I enjoy getting to know each one. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide dependable pet care throughout the week. I'm available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and many weekends. About: Hello! My name is Sam; I’m an experienced petsitter and have worked with animals - including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and small rodents - nearly my entire life. I volunteered at Save-A-Pet in Grayslake for over 6 years. Additionally, I worked as a dog handler at Central Bark doggy daycare in Grayslake, and was a stablehand at Shorewood Acres in Grayslake for 4 years. These experiences fine-tuned my ability to read dog and cat body language and behavior, ensuring that your pets are safe! I am Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid & CPR Certified. Additionally, I have my own 90lb GSD/staffy mix, who helped me learn so much more about dog training, enrichment, and nutrition. FOR OVERNIGHT CARE, PLEASE READ: If you are seeking overnight pet-sitting, please note that I can only stay overnight for clients whose pets are dog-friendly, as my own dog would need to come with so that he is cared for overnight as well. I would require a meet and greet (these are free!) before your set dates to make sure they get along; my pup has never met a dog that he doesn't like! I am huge on safety and comfort for every pet that I work with. To ensure the safety of both your pets and myself, I consistently monitor body language and behavior to assess how your pet is feeling! I follow all special instructions given to me to a T.

About: Hi, I’m Christine! I’ve been a devoted pet parent for over 30 years, and my love for animals is truly at the heart of everything I do. From playful pups to curious cats and every animal in between, I believe each furry (or feathery!) friend deserves love, care, and a whole lot of fun. I currently have an 8 year old Plott Hound who is recovering from her second TPLO surgery. I spend devoted time with her every day completing her physical therapy exercises and doing all I can to optimize her recovery and golden years ahead. She has been a major part of my life and we have had lots of adventures together! She has road-tripped with me to 21 different states and lived for 6 years in the high desert mountains of AZ. I pride myself on being patient, flexible, and truly attentive to every animal’s individual needs. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a playful adventure, I can’t wait to be a part of your pet’s journey! I am a certified wellness instructor and make my own client schedule- so- I have lots of flexibility and can work with most client’s individual needs. I am flexible and adaptive to each individual pet’s needs and environment. I love walking and am happy to give extra time to take in the sniffs- or enjoy a snuggle!

About: My background is in social work and I am the oldest of four kids. Growing up we always had a golden retriever as a member of our family. This last August our family said goodbye to our sweet angel, Marley. I now have a little family of my own, and my son is eager to have a furry friend around. Him and my husband are super active, love playing in the mud, and want to prepare for our own dog one day.🤞We would love to host and take care of your animals. I have experience as a nanny, a caregiver for disabled and elderly folk, as well as two decades of dog nurturing and sitting. Can also provide care for bunnies. My husband and I are in between jobs. We have a 2.5 year old boy who is enamored with dogs and misses our previous pupper who passed from cancer in ‘24. We are home full time and keep our house smoke-free, hygienic, child-proofed…oh and hearts full of love to share! We can follow whatever guidelines you request as needed. We ask that you provide any resources for that at the beginning of the service please.
