About: I specialize in puppy training, senior pet care, and administering medications—providing loving, patient, and reliable attention tailored to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve had all sizes of dogs growing up and love them all! I’m currently working part time, and I have enough flexibility to fit your pets need in my schedule! Your pet means a lot to me even if it’s just a walk a day. I take my dogs out at least eight times a day on a leash. I take them for a walk twice a day. My cats are fed once a day and their litter is changed every other day.

“We had an outstanding experience with our Rover sitter: Sarah and couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was punctual, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring with our dog from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing our pet was in such capable hands. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and it was clear she truly enjoys what she does. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate pet sitter. A well-deserved five-star experience!”

Additionally, I'm an animal science major at the University of Illinois, which has further fueled my passion for animals, especially dogs. Your furry friends will not only get lots of love, belly rubs, and long walks but they'll also benefit from my commitment to their well-being and happiness away from their owners! I currently have an open availability with some previous dates blocked off due to prior commitments! You can always reach out even if it seems like I’m unavailable! Caring for pets in my home revolves around creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment. With two friendly dogs of my own to keep your dog company, your furry friend will always have a buddy to play with. While I don't have a fenced-in yard, I make up for it with long, enjoyable walks to ensure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. My home is already pet-proofed with secure areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. I could also accommodate other needs, whether it’s crating your dog or adhering to particular routines. My goal is to provide a trustworthy and nurturing environment where your pet feels right at home.
“Brianna took amazing care of my 3 kitties. They absolutely loved her. Her communication was excellent and my cats barely noticed I was even gone. She did the cutest arts and crafts projects with them, brushed them, took out the trash and left my place spotless (other than the amazing arts and crafts I came home to.) All of my instructions were followed perfectly, she never left any trash behind, and brought so many treats and toys for the kitties! She came to meet the kitties ahead of time and bonded with them so fast. I would trust Brianna with my cats in a heartbeat and I don’t even trust my parents with them.”

Courtney was very punctual and was flexible to get us care last minute. She was very thoughtful in meeting us and Coco beforehand which made us feel very comfortable that Coco was in good hands. She sent pictures and notes and all went very well. We would have her again for sure. Thx Courtney

Guadalupe did 2 dropin visits. I contacted her right away when i found out our sitter we had planned would not be in our home for the duration we expected during the holiday due to work obligations. Very professional and responsive and scheduled meet and greet which was needed 2 days prior to our travels. Sent pics, and reported any behaviors. For example our dog was little nervous coming out of crate first day since they had only met 1 time. She handled the situation well. She provided details on actions she had taken and followed my instructions. By the end of the visit our dog was laying on his back for a rub like he does for our family.members.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
