“Deidre, “Mama Dee” was great! She has a loving home that was so welcoming to our 2 year old Golden Doodle Nala! Nala was a bit overwhelmed but only initially as is not with other dogs too often. But Mama Dee and her happy playful dogs Milo and River were able to make Nala feel so much better. We received pictures and updates daily and some extra pics when I would miss Nala and ask how she was. Mama Dee pretty much made ME feel more comfortable and confident leaving Nala for the first time to someone other than family :) We will for sure bring Nala back to Mama Dee and her loving environment for our next vacation! About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

She clearly loves animals and is very thoughtful and intentional with their care. We felt very confident leaving our two goldens with her and they had a great time!
