I can't recommend her enough! This was the first time my cats had ever stayed away from home, and they were there for 6 days. I was so nervous, but she made the entire experience stress-free. She sent me regular videos and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She truly treated my cats like her own, giving them so much love, attention, and care. They became so attached to her that they actually looked sad when I came to pick them up and take them home—LOL! That says everything about how comfortable and happy they were with her. If you're looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and will care for your pets as if they were family, she's the one. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my babies!
Our cats stayed with Swagata again for 3 days and it was just as wonderful as the first time. By now she knows our cats’ personalities so well and the cats too are completely comfortable with her and her husband. She kept sending us photos and videos every few hours, always with her funny, cheerful twist that made us smile. We feel so lucky to have someone who cares for them like family. Highly recommend her!
Swag was amazingl detailed and kind; followed up; had great information and made sure every detail was taken care of, even washing the cats dishes that were used. Highly recommend!!
Swagata was very caring and made sure my two cats who are both particular cats were ok. Her home was very clean and you can certainly feel safe that everything will be fine when leaving your cats with her. Very responsive and easy to work with.
