About: I am a lifelong dog parent, with over 40 years experience with many different breeds; ranging from Terriers to Labs, Shepherds, Huskys, Bully Breeds, Hounds, Herding dogs, Sporting and Working breeds, Toy groups, and many mixed breeds. I have spent decades frequenting the lake county dog parks; studying their behaviors and interactions with other dogs and with people. I have a very laid back and easy-going approach that I have had great success with in relating to and connecting with dogs and their pet parents. I am very tuned in to their body language, and very adept at reading their emotions. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard with a cabin like interior that is very welcoming to dogs. I offer both a fun and safe environment for my pet guests, and will treat them like family. I have lake access with a private beach if your dog(s) like to swim. I frequent the lake county dog parks and would love to take your dog(s) along if that is something you are comfortable with. I am very flexible - and typically available 7 days per week. I am available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideally allow for two days advance notice. Safety is my top priority. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in lot, and a very warm and comfortable dog friendly home, that was once a summer cottage close to Round Lake. I am on a quiet dead end road which is very safe for walks, as well as freedom to roam the yard. My goal is to customize my services to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I will treat your pets as I do my own- like family- lots of fun, exercise and plenty of TLC.

About: I have worked in the pet industry for several years as a pet groomer ( Cats and Dogs), daycare manager, and even dabbled in dog training. I am confident in my ability to read pet body language to gauge how an animal is feeling, and am equally confident in most forms of pet care! I have pretty open availability at the moment, as I am working part-time and helping my partner with his work, so I am flexible for pet care requests! I am able to do meet and greets to see if I am a good match for your pet and their needs prior to scheduling a walk-in or drop-in appointment!

About: I have had at least one dog in my household since elementary school. Good with all breeds & sizes! Love to go on walks and exceptionally good at cuddles! Would prefer one animal at a time unless the dogs are small. I work Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00. Recently separated and no longer am able to see my dog, who is my absolute pride and joy. “Amazing dog walker! Her and Kona connected right from the get-go. She is used to running around at her wide open doggy daycare but we needed to crate train her. Jamie is definitely the dog walker you need! Kona’s first few weeks was rough with a lot of crate clean up. Jamie took the crazy messes like a “walk-in-the-park,” pun intended. About: I am moving back to Lake Villa for the summer from Boston. I am looking to make extra money. I have experience giving medicine to dogs (my dog has Addison disease). I am comfortable taking care of dogs of any size. My dog is a year and a half old and is 70 pounds. I love taking dogs on walks. I am more than comfortable staying at a house to care for your dog or do drop ins. I am a reliable, responsible, respectful and committed person who would take care of your dog the best. About: Hello! I'm Sarah ♡ I am currently on Rover to assist in my weight loss journey. Being able to walk dogs a few times a week will be a great way for my to stay active and have fun while doing it. A little about me, I am currently back in college as a computer science major with goals of being a software engineer in 2025. I had two beautiful dogs who were honestly my life so I completely understand how important an animal can be to somebody. I don't take that relationship lightly. I have volunteered regularly at animal shelters and anytime I'm around dogs I'm instantly happy. I absolutely love animals. I am a responsible, caring, and organized college student who wants to be able to lose weight doing something I love. Your pet's safety and comfort is my number one priority. Please reach out to me if you think I'd be a good fit! I'd love to meet you and your furry friend! I'm currently a full time student with a full time internship. I can commit 10-12 hours/week on pet care. Ideally I would like to be able to walk 5 days a week for 30 minutes minimum since a huge reason for my return to Rover is to aid in my weight loss efforts. Safety is a huge priority for me. I want to always maintain the safety and integrity for your pet as well as myself. Always know that when I'm in the care of an animal it's with genuine love and care. In terms of dog/house sitting- I'm currently have no availability for that. I adored pet sitting in the past and found it so much fun! However, unless the dog is not incredibly active I don't have the time to properly pet sit. Being a full time student with an internship prevents this unfortunately.

From high‑drive Malinois and German Shepherds to clever Australian Shepherds, spirited Corgis, and the gentle giants like Mastiffs and Cane Corsos, these dogs aren’t just clients—they’re my best friends. Here, every dog gets the patience they deserve, the structure they crave, and a companion who truly gets them. Pet care is woven into my everyday life. I work part‑time in a dog kennel, so caring for dogs isn’t just a job—it’s truly my passion. I dedicate three full days each week to dog sitting, and I’m also available most weekday evenings. Spending my time with dogs, especially the rebellious and high‑drive ones, is simply part of who I am. When I care for pets, the dog’s needs always come first. I follow their routine, provide structure, and make sure they feel safe, understood, and engaged. I also take plenty of photos and videos of our playtime and daily activities, sharing them with the dog parents so they can relax and enjoy their time away knowing their pup is happy and well cared for.
