About: I've been caring for dogs and cats in my neighborhood since I was 15 and building lasting relationships with families who return to my services frequently. I'm comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including multiple pets simultaneously. My own 13 year old mini labradoodle, Hazel, is quite particular and has given me plenty of training in that area. Tasneem was the perfect sitter! Since we hadn’t met before, we did a meet and greet before the stay, which was an extra step I really appreciated. She was very communicative setting up the meeting, and when I sent care instructions shortly before my stay. Each time she checked on my cat Klaus, Tasneem wrote a nice report and took tons of pictures. I could tell from all the updates that Klaus warmed up to her quickly, and that she was taking great care of him. I was able to relax on my week-long trip knowing she’d be there consistently! Tiffanie was extremely attentive and thorough in her care of Moxie. She shared detailed reports, plenty of pictures, and cleaned up hairballs. Our cat took to her immediately, greeting her at the door both days and seemed to really love pets and cuddles with Tiffanie. Tiffanie was so prompt in communication with booking and made the entire process from request to visit seamless and easy. I'd absolutely have Tiffanie catsit again!
This is my third time booking Maha and each time has been wonderful. Maha is attentive, going above and beyond to give them care and handling tasks like bringing in packages and scooping the litter regularly. I can tell that my kitties have been so well cared for each time I come home. When I say I plan to rebook, I fully mean it and I highly recommend her next time your fur-babies need care!
Sarah was such a great caretaker for my cat Punch Bowl while I was away! She gave me peace of mind while I was gone by playing with him, petting him, and giving him treats. I felt really comfortable with Sarah checking in on him and she is clearly a huge animal lover- Punch Bowl seemed super comfortable with her!
Sam did an awesome job of taking care of Teddy for over 2 weeks. Teddy was our new rescue and we were a bit nervous leaving him since he is still a bit skittish. This was also our first time using Sam. But the daily love-fest of photos put us at ease right away. We got to see Teddy was receiving the best of care and loving. I was very pleased with Erica as a pet sitter for my cat. She was very reliable and I liked the way she took notes during the intro visit. It was the first time I had used her as my pet sitter and the first time using Rover in many years. Erica sent pictures and gave me updates daily as to how things were going with my elderly cat and she was very good at communicating with me regularly. She handled bringing in the mail and also another small house chore. I appreciated her flexibility. Most importantly, she seemed sincere in wanting to help my cat be as secure and comfortable as possible when I was away.
