My dog stayed with Alexandra and her two kiddos for 5 days/nights, and I was able to fully enjoy my vacation because of Alexandra's excellent communication. She kept me updated and texted me each day before I had a chance to worry about anything (after all, she was caring for my fur baby!). I felt at ease knowing that my pup was in loving and attentive hands, and I could text any time I felt the need. My dog is super friendly and also has some behavior quirks. She can get overexcited, and Alexandra had no problem following all the care instructions. She noticed my dog's comfort or discomfort and ensured she got what she needed. Meagan was absolutely amazing! Bless her soul, she cared for my very energetic German Shorthaired Pointer over our winter break, and while we were living it up in warm weather, she was in charge. I can only imagine that after several days of rain, with short potty breaks between the raindrops, the dogs in her care were going stir crazy. Despite the rough weather, we got excellent updates throughout our trip and fabulous photos to reassure us that our fur-baby was in great hands. She also was willing to administer medication without batting an eye. I will 100% hope to have our pup stay with Meagan again! She was fabulous.
Lee was great with my dog, Phoebe! I had only had Phoebe for about a month and a half before leaving for 2 weeks, and Lee was very gentle and accommodating to her to make her feel safe. Would highly recommend and I would definitely call on Lee again for extended stays.
Robert and Brian truly loved up our pup Koda! We got lots of pictures of walks through parks and running and sweet belly rubs. They went out of their way on New Years Eve to help keep Koda comfortable and we’re so grateful for that. Koda was wonderfully sleepy when we picked her up so we could tell she had fun! Wow, seriously cannot recommend Kate and family enough! Kate was extremely communicative, trustworthy and so wonderful with our dog. It was really comforting for us to leave him with such a loving family, knowing he got lots of great attention and play time, so we could fully enjoy our vacation. We felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup with them and we will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
I had a lot of anxiety leaving my girl for over a week. My dog is my life and I wanted her to be well taken care of. Christine was very accommodating and easy to work with. She has a friendly disposition and a warm apt. She sent regular status updates with photos while I was away, which helped give me peace of mind. And it was clear that my dog was well taken care of. I’m sure I will rebook with Christine in the future.
Aleks and Erik were very kind and treated my dog so well! I'm sure they could tell I was nervous, as my doggy is anxious and can be reactive. She is also getting older and starting to have some health stuff. I shared all the info with them and they did great with her and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend them.
Barack did a great job! He picked up and dropped off our big shepherd and apparently Rafa had a great time there and came back in high spirits. We asked Barak to give our dog a bath too and he came back smelling really good! Barak is very experienced dog trainer and we look forward to have him train our dog some day.
To say that Gina provided such a wonderful Rover experience from start to finish would be an understatement. She was thoughtful in her approach of meeting my pup, took great care of integrating my dog into her home, and sent daily updates with photos and videos. It was such a relief knowing my dog was in such great hands during an extended time away and I couldn't be more grateful to Gina for her excellent care!
First time using Matthew and Pei and having nothing but great things to say. Coco is a little nervous around new people but Matt's careful approach enabled her to quickly settle. Coco loves the company of other dogs so it felt like such a great environment for her with great outdoor space. Lots of photo's and updates throughout the stay and also very flexible when we had to extend the stay an additional day. Coco will definitely be excited to go back to Matt and Pei's!
