About: I’ve always loved animals, for their big hearts and one of a kind personality traits. My family had a Rottweiler when I was a child and she always felt like the little sister I never had. My hours are flexible so I’m open to meeting your requirements to watch over your pet. About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds. I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have an 8 year old that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. About: Since 2011, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all kinds...puppies to seniors, from Pomeranians to Labradors, and even the occasional Siamese cat. I truly enjoy being around animals and offer dog walking, pet sitting and dog boarding because I genuinely love their company. About: I absolutely love all animals! Growing up, my family always had a minimum of two dogs at a time. Since I was young, I have been trusted by friends and family members to watch over not only their pets, but their plants as well. As an adult living alone, I have only ever had 1 cat at a time in my home, however, my plant game has grown to a bit of a jungle! On top of taking care of animals, I also LOVE a clean house and I take it upon myself to always leave people’s homes cleaner than I found them in! I’m currently looking to open my own business doing just that: Pet sitting and deep cleaning while folks are out of town. In my opinion, there is nothing better than coming home from a vacation or a work trip to a clean home and a happy animal! I have been working with Meowtel watching cats for the last year and have found it to be exceptionally rewarding. Recently, my sweet cat passed away and I left my demanding job. Due to these circumstances I have decided that since I have the time and opportunity, opening my home to board would be a great way to expand my offerings. I left my extremely demanding job in December after my cat got sick. I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. Since his passing, I have focused on taking care of pets and cleaning homes. This has brought me more joy than any demanding corporate job, and I hope I can continue to work in this capacity for many years in the future. My schedule is very flexible! I am an animal lover living in an animal free home at this moment. Because of this, I am open to boarding. I am not concerned with animals who want to sit on the couch with me or lay on the bed, but I will follow the rules of what they’re allowed to do at home if you prefer that. My home will be their home, and I will do everything to make sure that they feel safe and cared for while in my hands. I’m an active person and love taking long walks and hikes. So, if that’s something that your dog is into, I am happy to schedule an adventure that meets their mileage needs! On the contrary, if you have a small dog or one who just wants to go out for a stroll around the block or to do their business in the grass, I’m happy to do that too! I have a small unfenced side yard to accommodate. I live on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator, so if your pup is not able to do stairs and is too heavy to pick up, my home wouldn’t be a good fit.

About: I’d love to care for and walk your pets. Dog park romps, petting sessions, and snuggling provided. I care for them in my home or drop into your home as needed. Experience with large animals, geriatric and young animals. If you are traveling and need a reliable, fun, experienced sitter for your pets, I’d be happy to do a meet and greet and meet you and your pets. I have a 6year old neutered male Australian Sheppard and a 2 year old indoor/outdoor cat. Both are amenable to sharing their space with new furry friends. I'm an active retiree so I have plenty of time for your furry family members. My dog loves to play with new furry friends or chill and give them space. I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.

“Alex kept my golden retriever for a week and left me feeling GREAT about the boarding. From the daily pix & videos, it seemed that Alex integrated Mika into her family life completely, even having her at their backyard easter egg hunt! Mika got lots of play time & tons of petting, played with her daughters at the playground across the street, and did her napping right under Alex's feet when she was working. “Asha was a heaven-sent sitter for our lovely Lola. The TLDR here is: if you're looking for the best person in the area to not just care for your pup, but someone who will show them love, tons of care, and treat them as one of her own, look no further. We were on a 2.5-week far-away vacation and had initially booked another sitter. On day one of our trip, we received a message from the original sitter's sibling that the sitter had to go to the ER for something serious and we needed to find someone else to watch Lola. After searching on Rover, we discovered Asha. From initial conversations to figuring out the logistics of getting Lola to Asha, all the way to getting updates while far away and Asha coordinating with Lola's pack walk group, we felt assured and in no need to stress. When we returned and picked up Lola, we could see the love and care that Asha provided. We were lucky to find Asha and will definitely use her services in the future! I'd give a thousand stars if I could!”
