“I had a very positive experience with Chen boarding my pup Bernie for a few days. Bernie is a well behaved dog, but he has a few needs that Chen took on willingly. He also took the time to meet with me and Bernie ahead to make sure all his needs were understood. It is clear to me that Chen loves pets and treats them with care. He sent me many updates reflecting his attention to Bernie's comfort and sense of feeling at home and with family. He also sent many stellar photos.
