Puppy’s, seniors, high energy dogs or couch potatoes I can cater to their needs and make their time enjoyable in whichever manner suits them. I am available 7 days a week at any time of day or night to feed/walk/check up on and spend time with your dogs or cats. I am sure to be respectful of you and your pets home and daily routine.

“Nyah was fantastic. Her communication was very thorough and she went above and beyond, putting us at ease leaving our three cats for a trip. She always sent great pictures and prompt check in details. You can tell she loves animals and we will use her again!”

“Rachel was great with Lexi and Bunker and made sure they were taken care of well! Bunker requires a specific food and medicine schedule and Rachel was able to make sure he got everything he needed while we were gone. Would definitely have Rachel watch our pups again!”

“Amanda was professional and punctual. My husband and I were in a pinch to find pet care and she was happy to commit even with such short notice. She was respectful of our home and left everything in great shape. There’s nothing better than having peace of mind knowing your fur babies will be well taken care of while out of town. We highly recommend Amanda for all of your pet sitting needs. ☺️”

“Elizabeth did a wonderful job with our cat! We were really reluctant to leave our quarantine creature for the first time ever and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring we were leaving her in good hands. I appreciate the visit beforehand to meet our cat and get acquainted with her. She brought toys over and played with our cat while we were gone. We would recommend Elizabeth highly and will be sure to use her again on our next trip.”

“Rebecca is great! I loved her Rover cards, the pictures and descriptions from her visits made me feel confident my kitty was getting the best attention while I was gone. I also greatly appreciated that Rebecca’s check-in times were consistent so I knew my cat was never left alone too long. Will definitely be booking Rebecca the next time I need a cat sitter! Absolutely recommend her!”

About: My entire life I have been surrounded by dogs! From taking care of my own pets to taking care of family-friends’, responsibility has played a large role in my growing up. I am a full time nursing student, currently enrolled at FLC. My weekends are almost always open and I am very flexible with times! Taking care of my own dogs (3) plays into my daily routine plenty between potty breaks, playtime, exercise, and feeding. Details are my best friend and I am very thorough when things are left under my responsibility! When caring for pets, I always try very carefully to not disrupt them from their everyday life because routines matter! Always willing to work with any medications, special feeding times, quirks, etc.

About: Animals have been part of my life since childhood—I've cared for both dogs, cats, and everything in between, learning to understand their unique personalities and needs. I have experience administering medications, including pills and even insulin shots for a diabetic cat. For the past five years, I’ve volunteered with the North Valley Animal Disaster Group, helping evacuate and care for animals during emergencies. That work taught me how to stay calm under pressure and provide comfort to pets in stressful situations. Whether your pet needs playful attention or gentle medical care, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, which means I’m available during the day to give your pet plenty of attention—whether that’s walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping them company. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I work in the office but still offer evening, and overnight care as needed. I am available most weekends unless I am out of town or have an event planned ahead of time. I’m committed to keeping your pets safe, loved, and comfortable every day, and I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine as closely as possible. When caring for your pets in your home, I will follow their usual routine as closely as possible—from feeding and walking schedules to their favorite spots to nap or play. I give lots of affection and attention, and I always keep their space tidy, respecting the home and making sure their comfort comes first. If they need medications or special care, I’m confident and gentle, making sure they feel safe every step of the way. I also send regular updates with photos, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for.

“Sarah came by for a meet and greet and did an excellent job connecting with our special needs dog despite the interference of our two typical (and very jealous) dogs. She didn't hesitate at all to get down onto their level (the floor) and win them all over. Looking forward to having her back for some walks and having her do some dog sitting for us!”

About: We are a couple who love animals and take great pleasure in caring for them. We work from home on alternating days, so between the two of us, we'll always be available to put your minds at ease. We've had dogs and cats growing up (prior breeds include siamese cats, cockapoo, standard poodles, and a daschund), and are currently the lucky parents of a very energetic senior French Bulldog, Jackson. Jackson has had numerous health issues, which have given us experience caring for dogs requiring special attention including: crate training, medication administration, following strict schedules, setting exercise and play restrictions, carrying or limiting vertical movement (stairs or jumping), and even administrating injections. For any special instructions or care, be sure to message us in advance so we can be sure to accommodate. As pet owners who travel frequently, we understand the importance of finding consistent, responsible, and flexible caretakers for your pet. We hope to become your trusted go-to whether you are seeking occasional or routine care. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions! We look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! Brian has a flexible schedule and can be available starting at 6:30AM most weekdays to drop in or walk your dog. Annuschka has a hybrid work schedule and is available most Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. We are both available on weekends and even may pair up to give your pets some extra attention. Our default approach is to maintain a calm demeanor when first meeting your pet and will wait for them to settle down before we first greet them. This helps to set the tone and improves the trust between pet and human. Please let us know what your preference is. If you like your dog taking the lead on walks, we are happy to accommodate that. Please also let us know if they have any quirks, other behavioral tendencies, or are aggressive.

“Michelle is our dog’s favorite sitter! She’s responsible, a great communicator, and really makes an effort to learn our high-energy dog’s personality and needs. Michelle always provides great written summaries and photos from her drop-in visits and walks. We have booked Michelle numerous times and will continue to do so. Thanks Michelle!”

About: 10+ years of experience caring for animals. I've assisted in the birth and taken care of two litters of puppies, cared for elderly dogs (administering medications and shots) and have experience dog training. I've had cats since I was 18 and have owned dogs for almost ten years. I lived on a farm for five years and gained a lot of experience working with animals. I work part time and have plenty of time to dedicate to your animal. I love taking dogs for a sunset walk around folsom lake or on a run along the bike path. I have a second floor apartment with a fenced deck that overlooks wild oaks and a gurgling stream. There is a magnetic screen door so the animals can come and go from the outside deck as they please. My apartment complex also offers a pretty nice dog park. I do have a large dog and a cat that are very good friends. I frequently host my friends dogs for a day visit or overnight so my dog and cat are very friendly and used to having guests :)

“I want to thank you for being the perfect person to care for our hair babies. Thanks so much for the videos and pics of their happy play and walks. I would recommend Nancy to all who want a dedicated and natural pet lover to care for their pets. Thanks again Nancy! Reyna and John”

About: I am currently self employed living in Historic Folsom. I had a black Lab for 13 years until 2019, and still missing her. I was raised on a sheep and cattle ranch where we bred border collies, raised horses, chickens, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese, and provided all/any care and nurturing necessary. I have experience working with senior dogs, administering medication, and adhering to strict diets, feeding schedules, walk schedules, and bedtime routines. I am compassionate and kind and look forward to working with families who need care for their beloved pet(s). I also have a green thumb and love to water plants. Prior to choosing to become self employed, I was as a Project Manager for a Developer and later a Civil Engineer firm. Previous Life experience, I have been a nanny and babysitter for decades. I have managed bar(s)/rest., catering, licensed massage therapist, care-taker for the elderly, personal assistant, florist, gardening, jewelry designer/maker, project manager, leasing agent, dogwalker/sitter, and house sitter. I am trustworthy, honest, and reliable and can provide references. Being self-employed allows me to adhere to your pets’ needs and schedule; Walking, playing, one on one interaction, outdoor breaks, sunning or lounging outside, car rides, and all in between. If your pet needs extra care or just a quick visit/walk to say hello, or weekday/weekend lazy day(s), swimming, playing catch, or listening to them squeak their toy(s) all day/night. I love cuddling and snuggling and respectful if they prefer space. I have a large lot with fenced yard, located in a nice quiet neighborhood and live close to many trails for walking. All gates are always securely locked. We also have Ring/Nest/Blink cameras throughout the property ensuring safety 24/7.

About: Thank you for checking out my profile! I have cared and loved for pets my entire life. While I have primarily had cats as pets, I previously worked at a dog grooming shop for 8 years where I learned a lot about dog care. I currently have an adult cat and elderly dog in my home and love them to pieces. I am primarily a homebody and love keeping pets company with cuddles, play time, and neighborhood walks. While I am just starting out on Rover, I have prior house sitting experience and references if desired. I have very open availability! I’ve been recovering from a small back injury, so being at home (or someone else's) is my ideal environment. Walking is great for my recovery but I can only handle low to moderate energy dogs at this time. I won't be able to care for others' pets in my home. If chosen for house/pet sitting, I will follow whatever rules you have in place for your pet when it comes to being on furniture, being outside, etc. I promise to care for your pets and home as if they were my own!

“Sloane did a great job taking care of our cats while we were on vacation. She made sure they were doing well and notified us right away if there were any concerns. Would definitely book her again.”

“I’ve found Christopher to be an amazing dog sitter more than once now. He told me he grew up around dogs most all of his life & it shows. He did very well befriending our dogs (people too) & adapting to their mannerisms. He’s even watched our dogs for days when we were out of state, so we trust him not just with our canines but full access to our home.”

Franki was referred to me by one of her colleagues that was unable to watch my girl. Franki is amazing, she took such good care of my Bella girl. She does exactly what I would and would not do if it was too hot outside. If you’re looking for an amazing sitter book Franki! I will definitely be using her again. 😊

Things worked out really well since Samantha was the first sitter outside of family for Nala and Ronin. They both have their own special needs and I think they've fully accepted her. I have a bit more freedom now to do things without having to take them anywhere. Thank you so much!

Kenzie was wonderful with my dog Daisy! She was on time, very attentive, and made sure Daisy was well cared for during the drop-in visits. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Daisy was in good hands. I highly recommend Kenzie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking great care of her!

Isabella was great. She has watched my dogs on many occasions and is a favorite with them. She listens to my requests and follows them. She has worked with training and playing. I trust Isabella with my dogs, and there are only a few people I would say that about. Also, my dogs absolutely love her.
