“Mary was amazing with all three of my dogs! Sent lots of cute pics, played with them, and made sure they were happy and comfortable the whole time. Super sweet and reliable - I’ll definitely be hiring her again. Highly recommend! Thank you Mary!”

“Elsie was fantastic and my fur babies loved having her taking care of them. She sent plenty of pictures and updates and I was completely at ease while I was away traveling. I’d highly recommend her to anyone that is needing any type of pet sitting services and I’ll definitely use her services again.”

“Red has a warm, relaxed vibe and both my dog and cat were immediately comfortable with him. During a 3 night, 3 day weekend trip, he took great care of both my babies and my home. He adheres to clear direction, and even found new ways to entertain my often high energy pooch. I plan to utilize his service again. Thanks Red!”

“Naidalys is a wonderful person and dog sitter. She cares for my two XL German shepherd with the best care and is watching out for their health needs as they are a little older and need special care. She treats them as I do. She is well prepared to go above and beyond for them and always keeps me informed of their day to day and communicates well if there is a need. She is also very respectful to the house and is sure to clean it well and respects the house. I will always reach out to her to care for my house and puppies if the need arises. You should do the same!”

“We have had several pet sitters and Valeria is by far the best one. Her attention to detail and instructions on care of Karma was perfect. We would highly recommend Valeria to anyone looking for a excellent caring pet sitter.”

“Jesse took excellent care of my kiddos Nigel & Delphine during her four night house-sitting assignment. She sent pics often and included regular fun updates. The house was left clean and everything was well attended. Would definitely hire Jesse again, thanks!”

“We hired Mackenzie to stay with our dog and our cat for 4 nights while we were out of town. Our dog- Collie can be somewhat anxious at times. She accommodated our request for a soft hand off and was so patient and good with both of them while we were gone. Collie warmed up to her immediately! We would recommend Mackenzie to anyone looking for over night stays or even drop ins. She was super communicative and sent so many pictures putting us at ease that our four legged babes were well taken care of while we were gone. 10/10 would definitely hire Mackenzie again.”

“Fantabulous!!!! Nicole took great care of my pups. When I arrived home, my dogs were more calm then they had ever been before after staying at the local veterinarian for boarding. She effectively communicated with me while I was out of town, which allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation. I’m definitely going to rebook.”

“Absolutely Amazing Pet Sitter! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our fur babies, Raja and Rani! ❤️ From the moment we left, Nina was so caring, attentive, and loving toward them. She kept us updated with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we came home, our babies were happy, healthy, and well cared for. It was clear that Nina treated them like her own. 🐶🐱❤️ Nina went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful for everything she did. Finding someone you can completely trust with your pets is priceless, and we feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you, Nina, for taking such wonderful care of Raja and Rani. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy, and responsible pet sitter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Natalie did an amazing job. I have used a couple dog sitters from Rover and have to say she is the best. I’m very particular about who watches my 3 English Bulldogs. They can be quite high maintenance. She made me very comfortable with periodic check ins with photos of my fur babies. I would highly recommend her and can’t wait to use her services again.”
“Sierra did amazing with her sitting of my two girls. She was communicative and respectful of my home. She sent photos of my girls throughout the sitting, and updated me with any needed information. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.”

About: For nearly 14 years, I was a devoted dog to my senior dog, Sirius. After losing him in June, I realized how much I miss having dogs in my life-the walks, companionship, and all the little moments that come with caring for them. Becoming a sitter and dog walker gives me the opportunity to share that same love, patience, and attention with your pets. I understand how much trust it takes to place your dog in someone else’s care, and I’ll always treat them as if they were my own! I am fortunate enough to have a low demanding flexible schedule as a remote worker, which allows me to provide attentive care to your pets throughout the day. This means I can walk your dog every couple of hours, ensuring they receive the attention and exercise they need. My commitment is to provide a loving, safe environment for your pets to feel comfortable and well cared for. Whether at my home or yours, I ensure a loving and safe environment for your pets. At my home, I provide a comfortable space with their own bed, as I have an extra-large bed to ensure they feel at home. I offer regular walks every couple of hours to keep them active and engaged. When providing pet sitting and boarding at your home, I respect your pet’s routine and ensure they feel secure. My goal is to create a consistent, caring experience that meets their needs and ensures their well-being.
“WHAT A BLESSING SHE IS!! Yaritza was amazing and kept me updated the entire length of my vacation. So nice to know that someone who cared so much for animals was with my sweet 14 year-old fur baby!! I would hire her again in a second!”

“Larry (and Cheri) were wonderful! Took amazing care of our pups and house and sent us updates the entire time while we were away. Left our house in tip top shape. Will definitely be using them when needed. Thank you again!!”

About: My parents have always had a pet. I have been around my pets or friends' pets my entire life. Since 2013, I have had the privilege of being a private dog-sitter in the Ann Arbor, MI area. However, I have recently moved to Las Vegas, and I am looking to continue the rewarding job that is dog-sitting. I am comfortable walking and feeding your dog. Depending on the process, I can also give any prescribed medication. If you own more than one pet, I have plenty of experience with multi-pet households. I work from home, so I can be around as much as needed to ensure your loved one has a pleasant experience while you are away. Before booking, I always appreciate a meet and greet with you and your dog to help establish a bond with them. I take pride in my ability to bond with pets and follow any and all instructions left by owners. When you are away for whatever reason, you can trust that your pet is being taken care of in a loving, responsible manner. I work as an online tutor, so I can be at your home morning, afternoon, and evening. I can also set my schedule to allow for walks or breaks your dog needs and give them the attention they need throughout the day. Your dog's safety and your home's security are my top priorities. I will keep a watchful eye on your dog and follow any instructions you provide. I enjoy providing you regular updates on your dog. I can also only contact you in case of emergency and everything in between. I will clean up after myself and your dog and will do laundry if needed. I am a guest in your home, and I will treat it with respect and leave it as I found it.
“Highly recommend Riley! She was great with communicating, before, during, and after our booking! Riley was punctual and really understanding to all of our requests and pup 'quirks'! Our girls had a great time with her and were so relaxed during their time with Riley! We got lots of updates, and pictures, and felt so at ease that our pups and home were well cared for! Cannot recommend Riley enough, we look forward to booking with her again!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Enterprise
This was our first time hiring a dog/house sitter and while it was a little nerve-wracking, Olivia made it such a positive experience. We have two pitties and they can be a lot — she matched their energy perfectly and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She sent several updates throughout each day with tons of photos, which we loved. And when we got home, the house was left in pristine condition. If you're on the fence about hiring a sitter for the first time, Olivia is the one to make that leap with. We will 100% work with her again!

The best experience ever! Kristy was helpful, responsive, and took the absolute best care of my pets and house! She sent pictures and made sure my babies felt loved and cared for. I would highly recommend Kristy for any of your pet sitting needs! I’m so blessed to have found her. What a gift ☺️

Alex was an incredible pet sitter—the best I’ve ever had! She gave Amy and Emy so much love, followed all of my instructions carefully, and took great care of our home while treating it with respect. Amy and Emy are two energetic pugs, and Alex handled them wonderfully. She was patient, caring, and knew exactly how to manage their energy. Her communication with me was also excellent, and she kept me updated throughout her stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Alex, and I will definitely be asking her to take care of Amy and Emy again. She is truly wonderful! ❤️

Mandi is awesome. She provided excellent care for our 3 very spoiled dogs and was in constant contact with us while were out of town. It made our vacation much more relaxing knowing we didn't have to worry about the dogs at home. We're already looking forward to our next trip so the dogs can hang out with her again. Thanks again Mandi.

Naidalys did a great job taking care of my elderly 17 year old cat Pasha. Also my 8 year old Italian Greyhound Janya. She sent 2 videos a day showing her giving them love and attention. My pets mean everything to me and i can see they were well taken care of. The house was in good confition when i returned which also shows that she’s a responsible house sitter as well. I was very happy with her work!

Natalie is fantastic. This was our 2nd time having her watch the 2 kitties and everything went smoothly start to finish once again. We especially appreciate her attentiveness to the cats in general + keeping a special eye out during AM/PM feeding so that sister cat doesn’t steal all of her brother’s food.

Katherine was awesome. Very responsive Passionate about animals and took good care of our dogs. She made the effort to visit prior to the dates requested to make sure she was comfortable and familiar with the routine. She checked in and sent photos which was much appreciated. Would use her again
I cannot say enough about Dante. He was communicative, prompt and really did a great job with our dogs and birds. I would definately recommend him to anybody. We had peace of mind knowing they were in careful hands. We look forward to having him again! Thank you so much Dante.

Larry and Cheri took such great care of our senior dog and house while we were away for a long weekend. They sent tons of pictures and updates, and left the house cleaner than they found it. It made me feel so much better being away knowing everything was been looked after so well.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Enterprise walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Enterprise maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Enterprise choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Enterprise. On Rover:
- 94% of sitters can help with special care needs

- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
