She is incredibly caring, reliable, and genuinely loves animals, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I received regular updates, photos, and messages, and it was clear my dogs were happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. They treated my pets like family, and I came home to happy, relaxed dogs, which says everything.
