“Catherine is an animal whisperer! I booked her last minute to care for a street rescue I am fostering with major separation anxiety. She was so responsive and communicative and put me to ease immediately. I had an important appointment and had a very short window for error, and she was a little early to my home which was so helpful. Most importantly, she immediately made my rescue boy feel comfortable and relaxed even though he is still decompressing. She has a lovely, calm demeanor, and he took to her right away. She sent me great updates and photos and followed all instructions to a "t". I'm so grateful to have found her and am so thankful for her wonderful help today! You and your beloved babies are in amazing hands with Catherine!! 5 stars across the board.”

“Deana was so kind and trustworthy. She seems to be the first Rover that my very spoiled maldita actually liked and felt comfortable with in a short period of time. She knew exactly how to care for dogs that are special in character, and I can tell Deana has a good heart for our furry babies. She's really cool too and very easy to talk to. She sent me photos and gave me updates! Highly recommended! So happy to have her care for our Wendie, and will definitely have her care for my spoiled girl again whenever we need to go Universal Studios and Disneyland! Hope she takes us back! THANK YOU D!”

“Kind, responsible, caring. Harry watched Tilly for two weeks while I was out of town. He was communicative and trustworthy. I felt comfortable knowing Tilly was in such good hands. I aim to work with him again!”

About: I've had cats and/or dogs my entire life. I currently have two 10 year old cats. I take care of friends pets all the time and they are often surprised how quickly their standoffish pets warm up to me. I volunteer for MaeDay Rescue as a driver and am often picking up a traumatized animal from the shelter so I'm comfortable reading their cues and making them feel comfortable. I have also pet sit for friends/family/strangers in exchange for a free place to stay in cities such as San Francisco, Seattle and Portland I'm currently unemployed and looking to make some extra money. When I am working, it is usually a hybrid schedule so I can probably keep up with any clients looking for a regular person. I live in an apartment with no yard but I go for walks frequently. I am comfortable going to a client's home to provide care as well.

About: Hi, I’ve loved dogs all my life and have always been a surrogate dog mom to my friend's dogs until I rescued an Australian Shepherd named Gunner. I have 7 years of dog care experience from big dogs to small - dogs that need extra grooming, extra exercise, extra attention to senior dogs who need assistance or daily medications. I currently co-parent a senior rescue pittie named Marley but I have a flexible schedule with him and I work from home. I also have a fenced-in yard but can house-sit with your pet as well. I honestly haven't met a dog who doesn't love me. I will treat your fur baby like my own! I have a flexible schedule since I work from home M-F and since I co-parent a dog, I only watch him a few hours a week. I have a completely open schedule on the weekends. In my home, I have access to the downstairs area which has a fenced-in yard and my studio. I also live in a wonderful dog-walking neighborhood, with plenty of grassy spaces and Echo Park smells. In my client's home, I would care for their pet with the same rules and routine (walking/meals/rest/play) that they keep in their pet's home environment.

“Michelle was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and responded always on time. I went out of town for 4 days and she stayed at my home with my 2 pups. She sent photos regularly and kept me up to date on how they were doing. I will definitely hire Michelle again!”
