About: I’ve taken many of my friends’ pets in during times when they’re away and the pets have become like family! I love meeting new pets and exposing them to exercise and rewarding them with yummy treats. Since leaving corporate life, I have nothing but time to accommodate, host or hang out with a little furry friend. We can run errands together, explore the neighborhood or even just enjoy a relaxing chill moment. Your dog can be easily kept/in crate on my side of my apartment. My roommate is also very pet-friendly and welcomes the company of any furry friends we may make!

About: I’ve had a cat since I was 12! I’ve always been a huge cat lover and understand that they need time and patients to earn their trust. People always trust me with their cats/small dogs as I take care of them as if they were little children, with the love, care, and patients that they deserve! I currently also have a rabbit named Mae who is 2. I grew up with a ton of friends with dogs and my current partner has two dogs! So im always surrounded by them and learn more and more each day about taking proper care. I work full-time, but I am available in the evening (if necessary) and free on Saturdays and Sundays to spend time with your pet or take them out on walks At home, I am always watchful to things that could harm my rabbit/cat. Hide wires so that the rabbit doesnt chew on it and always making sure windows are closed so the cat doesnt run out. Same thing goes with dogs as well, making sure they’re are unleashed only in enclosed areas.

About: Hi! My name is Michal (she/her), I am 22 years old and heading into my final year of college. I have catsit for friends and family throughout college and am looking to expand this passion of mine into a part time job to pay for school! To say I love cats is truly an understatement. My cat, Athena, is 10 years old and she is truly one of my best friends. She is a cat that has very strong boundaries and is sometimes unfriendly, but this taught me how to be patient with cats of all temperaments and that all cats are deserving of receiving love on their terms. I would love to meet you and your cat and give you the best experience possible. As a cat owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to leave your fur baby with a stranger, but I can assure you I will treat your cat as if it were my own. As I mentioned, I am comfortable with cats of all temperaments. Therefore, if your cat loves attention I would be happy to give them all the pets and comfort they need while you are away. Same goes for cats who just want someone to sit near them and stare at me (and maybe be coaxed with treats). Typically I would like to speak to the owner either in person or over facetime to discuss every cat's individual needs, the owners expectations, etc. I do suggest a free intake meeting in person with the owner present where I meet the cat so that when you are away, the cat is more comfortable with my presence if you feel that is necessary. For drop ins, I will ensure that the cat's food, water, and litter box are clean and properly managed during every visit. I will also send photos to the owner and updates upon every visit to the home. Then, I spend my time with the cat ensuring they are receiving enough attention through play, pets, and general quality time. I am a bit particular with boarding or overnight stays and will only do so if I feel it is absolutely necessary for the cat and is a comfortable environment for everyone. An overnight stay will include the tasks I have outlined above; further, I will always ensure to maintain respect for your home and space while caring for your cat. If you choose me to care for your furbaby, it will always be my #1 priority. I am a full-time college student but I spend most of my time at home in between classes. I am available most if not all days for drop-in visits to hang out with your pet and give them the care they deserve. My care always begins with a conversation with the pet owner to ensure that I understand their boundaries and the pets needs. Upon visiting the cat I make sure to follow the directions of the owner while making sure your pet is as comfortable as possible. Maintaining a clean environment is part of that, so I always keep everything tidy by maintaining the litter box and washing bowls after every meal. It is truly my #1 priority to make sure that both the client and the pet are satisfied with my care services.

About: As a child I always had an affinity for animals. My caribbean grandmother never let me keep animals in the house unless they were in cages, despite all the strays and runaway pets we encountered and spent time taking care of till they collected. From those interactions I learned very early that animals are just like us without the vocal communication and needed our help in taking care of themselves. The companionship that our pets give us in nothing short of a miracle and they deserve our best efforts and care! I'm currently a part time student/apprentice at an independent fashion school, so I will most definitely have lots of time to be of aid to anyone that needs it. Im available weekdays and weekends except sunday afternoons for class! I keep pets safe by ensuring their safe and in their designated places in the home, whether thats caged or in a respective room. I make sure to triple check cages and do my best to keep doggies calm and relaxed while crating. I stay alert and situationally aware when walking them, keeping them leashed and being extra cautious around other animals and the road.

About: I've owned dogs all my life and I've worked with both dogs and cats in a professional setting. I've owned mostly small dog breeds since I was a little girl and learned how to care for and love them. I also worked with and grew to love all dog breeds and our feline friends when I worked as a kennel aide at my local no-kill animal shelter. I've dog-sat for my sisters' several dogs as well as for friends of mine and I do it all happily. I've also bathed dogs, if you need me to provide that service. I recently worked at an animal hospital where I earned even more experience caring for dogs and cats and am able to administer medication as well. I currently am looking for work so my schedule is extra free right now, including for the holiday season! If you need a sitter or someone to drop in and provide short term care for your pets, I am more than happy to do so! In my own home, my dogs and cats are well taken care of and provided for. The dogs get plenty of inside time to lay on the couch and enjoy themselves, while also getting several potty breaks throughout the day as well as being fed at an appropriate schedule. My cats are looked after closely, their litter boxes always kept clean and tidy and their feeding schedule consistent. In a client's home I intend to follow any and all instructions provided to me, no matter how detailed they may be.

I have two cats at home, who are pretty low maintenance, they need plenty of love and play time. I dedicate every day more than an hour to each cat to make sure they feel loved and entertained.
