About: I recently moved to Kennsington / Windsor Terrace and am looking for a dog to walk in the area to familiarize myself with the neighborhood, get exercise, and extra cash. Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

About: I usually work with shy, aggressive or fearful dogs or cats. It can take weeks, months or years to befriend them but when you do it's extremely rewarding, especially when an animal someone deems "dangerous" comes out to be the biggest sweetheart. “What a lovely person - I’d give her 100 stars if that were an option. To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. I even got stuck in traffic on the way for pick up and was late she was fine. The top 3 reasons I give Jameeka 5 stars is because 1) she is the opposite of stressful and worked with my unique needs, 2) she has great communication skills snd 3) it is clear she is an expert - my puppy was returned perfectly she gave me some updates and my puppy was happy and fell right asleep because Jameeka ensured my puppy got play time and exercise time - thank you !”

About: I got my baby Bambi in 2020 when she was just 9months. I was caring for my grandma cat and my sister dog already and wanted my own. It was the best decision I ever made, I learned responsibility and how to train dogs. I have been loving Bambi since. I am a full time dog mum. I am in online school so I have plenty of free time that I spend with Bambi. We go to the park and little day trips. My dad also lives with me, he is retired, loves animals and will help me out. I love Bambi and treat her as my own baby. She is allowed on all furniture so is your pet. We play fetch in the house/hallway when weather is bad or cuddle up. When I have other pets visiting I like to first let them explore the space. Then I like to take them on a walk around the neighborhood alone so they can get a sense of the environment. I like to get plenty new toys and treats so they are comfortable.

About: My professional experience with dogs stems from caring for pets with the roles of Pack Leader and Receptionist while I was studying in Wisconsin. The only pets I can’t offer care to are any fully aquatic critters or amphibians ( lack of experience ) For puppies I can offer desensitization to grooming Based in Queens and open to bookings throughout areas of Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. I’m currently a part-time in training vet assistant, I’m off Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I miss working pet Daycares but my current schedule can change so something flexible like this is a better fit I care for the pets as I do in my professions, I listen to all and any instructions and rules set by the pet parent(s) and use my understanding of pet behavior to ensure a safe environment or walk for the pet. If the pet has any allergies then I’ll ensure to avoid bringing/consuming/interacting with said allergen a day ahead of seeing the pet in question. If the pet is reactive on walks then I prepare myself with treats and toys and keep a safe distances from possible triggers. For walks, by default I don’t allow pets in my care to interact with other animals outside unless the pet parent is ok with allowing it. For home visits or house sitting I don’t mind hand playing with pets, however some pet parents prefer no roughhousing or only engaging in play with pet toys. I’m perfectly fine with either choice in husbandry. Should a bite incident occur I will notify you and continue to care for your pet as safely as the situation allows. While a bite is never a fun experience a level 1 - 3 bite incident won’t disrupt the current care appointment you had originally booked.

I also have a crate for just in case. Dogs are usually free roaming i do not crate any dogs at all unless it is requested.
About: Hello! My name is Jhoceline and I live in Grimes, IA! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my husband Luis, baby boy and doggie Luna. Although it is an apartment the space is cozy with a balcony overlooking a pond with and has a spacious living room for the dogs to run around. The neighborhood is relaxed and very pet friendly. I’ve has doggies as far back as I can remember so I definitely have a soft spot for animals! We are here to have a day filled with play or a lazy one on the couch enjoying a nice movie! We have a lot of open space in the community as well as a nice trail just a few minutes away for those extra long walks! My goal is to make sure your pup enjoys their stay away from home and is comfortable as possible. I will maintain any schedules you have and make sure your dog gets extra love during their time apart. I am able to host from small to large dogs at my home but am also available for traveling/sitting if you prefer I stay in your home! I’m currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to give your pup the attention they need whether that means going on extra long walks or relaxing on the couch with some belly rubs! I have a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful pond for this mid-day sun naps! I also have a friendly pup who will keep your fur baby entertained.
