About: I have lived with animals most of my life. While I currently do not own a pet, I have continued to surround myself with the animals of my friends and family. I started cat-sitting 2 years ago. When I pet sit, I aim to ensure a great experience for my furry friends. I am currently working part-time as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and am flexible in my hours. I am currently a part-time Occupational Therapist, so I have flexibility in my schedule to take care of your furry friend. I have my own transportation as well. I work hard to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your animal in their home environment. A detailed description of your animal's needs is much appreciated.

About: I've had dogs and cats literally all my life, and I can't imagine my life without them. i find dog and cat behavior fascinating! I've owned, cared for, fostered and rescued dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and even horses. I've volunteered at Pasado's Safe Haven and at Seattle Humane. I share my home with a senior dog and a senior cat, so I know how to handle and care for senior pets. Sam, my dog, is mostly deaf now, so I've become adept at communicating with body language and hand signals, and I'm experienced with administering oral and topical medication. My knowledge, gained from years of hands-on care, and my patience will ensure that your doggo or kitty will be in good hands. I am retired and extremely flexible, so you can be sure I will meet your scheduling requirements, and I pay close attention to any special diets, preferences and routines. I'm retired and have a pretty flexible schedule from mid-morning through the evening. I have a reliable vehicle -- 2, if you count my husband's ;^) I'm a native northwesterner, so I have appropriate clothing for all weather! I'll take notes during our phone call or meet-&-greet, so I'll know exactly what I need to do to keep your pet happy. Or, if you already have written instructions, we can review them to make sure I understand everything. I'll want to be sure I know about likes and dislikes at home and on walks, as well as any behavior issues, such as reactivity.

About: I am the proud mom and trainer of a 2 year old corgi. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, but am most familiar with the small and sassy types. I am a teacher with summers off, so I have open availability June-August. During the school year, I have availability on evenings and weekends. I am attentive to all instructions for care. Health, safety, and fun are my priorities. If requested, I can arrange a playdate with my friendly corgi pup.

About: Dog loving family includes wife who is a vet tech. Love to exercise dogs as well as stimulate dogs minds with games and interaction. Our pets our part of our family, just how we would treat your dogs! We love to go for walks along a local trail down to the beach. We take our dogs on 4-5 mike walks each day. We have dogs that range from 5 years old to 13 years old so we can handle high energy dogs as well as senior dogs who have special needs. Our goal is to make sure that when your dog stays with us, they leave for your home tired from a fun packed day. Let us take care of your dogs as we would treat ours!

About: I've loved and cared for pets most of my life, including my own pets: Medium & large-sized dogs: Jack Russell Terrier & 65 lb mixed-breed pup (Labrador, Golden Retriever, Great Pyrenees, American Bull Dog) Cat: Cared for his entire life, from kitten-hood through maturity I've also been a dog foster parent and pet sitter for friends. I’m confident caring for dogs and cats with special needs after tending to each of my own pets’ conditions (feline kidney disease, canine anxiety, canine cancer). I miss having a pet of my own to care for, and am ready to share my experience and love with your pets! I work from home, part-time and welcome the opportunity to get out and move with your pets or provide flexible daytime or evening care when needed. Pets staying with us are part of the family. We’ll go for walks around Brown’s Point, play in the back yard, and they’ll have lots of attention as I only accept dogs from one family at a time.

About: I've cared for elderly dogs and cats of my own for years. My wife is also a rover sitter but mainly does cats and small dogs. We have also fostered 4 dogs in the past few years. One of my dogs at home has epilepsy, so I am experienced with seizures and giving meds on a regular schedule. I'm also experienced walking reactive dogs. Have cared for turtles, frogs, fish, chickens, etc. I have a flexible schedule during the week. My mornings and afternoons are generally free, plus some weekends. But not available for drop ins from 5-9pm on most week days. I'm located in the dash point/twin lakes area of SW federal way. I'm happy to do drop ins at your home for dogs+ cats or take your pups for a neighborhood walk. I can also do overnight house sitting. I have reactive dogs at home so I play it safe as far as avoiding other dogs/triggers on walks.
