They eat special food (mainly human food) and when they ran out Diahann took it upon herself to cook them chicken and rice (which is one of the main dishes they eat). “Sara was a perfect match for our Frosty! During our meet and greet she answered all our questions, was very sweet and most importantly Frosty loved her! Usually our little guy barks at almost every new person, but instead he ran to her, wagging tail like crazy and wanting her attention. Dogs have a good read on people and Frosty knew he liked Sara from the get go, which put us at ease (being our first time leaving Frosty with anyone overnight and being away from him, naturally we were nervous). I loved Sara’s text updates (which I requested) she sent me pictures of them on their walks, him chilling in her couch and just fun pics of him. (She takes some amazing pics!!) It’s almost like she knew when I needed those pictures (seriously every time I was feeling sad and missing our little guy, I’d get a picture update from Sara!! ??) About: Hello!I am looking for work helping out with your animals:) I am incredibly comfortable with both cats and dogs, as I have grown up with both and was tasked from a younger age as one of their main caretakers. While I do not have any animals living with me now, as I am early in my career with a seasonal environmental job, I would love to spend some time with a dog or cat and help out when needed! Having had two anxious bigger dogs growing up, I am very familiar with meeting the needs and navigating spaces with animals of different capacities in mind. I am around for any overnight needs and would love to support with good care when needed or with walks outside! I am working in a part-time position and have a roughly shifting schedule every week. I have the most availability on weekends (sat-sun) for walks, care, or overnight boarding! For the weekdays, I will have a good idea of what I will be staffing that week by the Thursday before and would keep you in the loop of when I could come by/care for your animal! I value giving notice and being a reliable addition to your life for good stable care for your animals! I live right next to Wright park and love a good walk! I believe in using this time in this service to enrich your pet’s life and am looking forward to getting to know them and engage with them! My apartment is ready for pets (as I have planned to adopt or foster dogs/cats but am holding off while I am in my current position). I am very comfortable with more anxious/aggressive presenting dogs, as I grew up with a few and feel confident in implementing differing strategies to get them comfortable and manage them while giving them experiences to be outside. I’ll be available for however much communication you are looking for and appreciate the work and trust given to care for these members of your family!
About: I have always loved animals and dogs have a special place in my heart (I'm the girl that stops dead in her tracks to point out EVERY dog I see to whoever I am out with). My family had dogs and cats growing up, and I’ve always been the go to person for family and friends to help out with their babies. I'm a very active person, so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise while they are with me. I'm also very flexible so I am more than happy to satisfy any needs or special treatment! I’m currently a full-time student, taking classes online, so my schedule is extremely open! My days are very flexible and I am happy to make adjustments to fit the needs of my clients. About: I have watched dogs and walked dogs for family friends since I was about 14-15 and have always taken great care of them, making sure they also get to play with me or interact with me before I leave the home. I do competitive horseback riding and have learned how to treat an animal right and take care of one through this. I have watched my grandma's older dog that needs medication 3-4 times a day and I have made sure she's gotten her meds on time every single time. It's the most important thing to me to make sure the animals are happy and content even when their owners aren't home. I work full time, my schedule is monday-friday 9am-6pm with a hour lunch. I am able to do drop ins or walks mid day on my lunch depending on the distance. Since I have experience with horses and farm dogs I feel that I’m great with control when walking, I also enjoy just hanging out with pets even if it’s while watching a movie

She went out of her way to feed my dog human food when he wouldnt eat the dehydrated food we bought him and he was able to play with other dogs and her kid niece while staying with her during his time there. She even gave him a bath and cleaned around his eyes before we came to pick him up. We were also able to book her last minute for 10 days, which was convenient. They have a nice backyard for them to run around in as well. Our puppy was happy and healthy when we picked him up. We got long detailed updates and questions about him that indicated careful attention to his needs. Would book again.”
