I have been a Lead Vet Assistant at VCA for 4+ years and love what I do. Each pet has their own personality and I adapt to exactly what your pet needs. I am conscientious, animal loving and trustworthy. I’ll assist in anyway possible to make sure your pet is comfortable! I am able to administer medications and support in geriatric care. I am able to nail trims and anal glands additionally to the other services requested :)

Kayla is absolutely fantastic! This was our first time utilizing rover and she made the experience so easy and stress free! She is very sweet, honest and transparent. We would get constant updates and pictures, even bonus tips on our pet. We will definitely contact Kayla again!

I was very disappointed when I came home and found that Kayla had not cleaned our cat's litter boxes for a week. Using a dirty litter box can make cats sick with urinary tract infections and kidney issues due to bacteria exposure. She claimed that I didn’t ask her to clean the litter box explicitly, but during our original visit, I showed her where both litter boxes were, and I also figured this was common sense since she is a lead vet tech.
Kayla is the best! She is super friendly and good with my cats!
Kayla was fantastic with our cat during drop-in visits. Always timely and going the extra mile for our pet! Can’t recommend her enough.

Schedule
I work flexible full time hours at VCA and can visit and walk pets throughout my day. I am happy to do check ins before and after work as well!
