Unbeknownst to all of us, Mochi ended up getting some diarrhea from those treats. Luckily, Vanessa was able to weed out the culprit very quickly, allowing Mochi to regain her appetite after discarding the treats. Vanessa made sure to send me plenty pictures and videos of my little one. Mochi felt right at home with them. I can't stress enough what a blessing it has been to have Vanessa take care of my little one in my absence. :D”

Luciana sent me daily photos and updates and I could always tell from her updates that she was really spending a lot of time getting to know Tessie and all of her quirks (she has a lot!). Sabrina had a lovely stay with Judith. We had to last minute find her a place to go for the day as our apartment complex was spraying for pests and she couldn’t stay there. Judith quickly responded to our request to stay and was very communicative. She had lots of room for her to explore and places to hide. I wish I could give Yenny and her family more than 5 stars. Our dog, Tessa was treated like part of their family and was so well loved I was worried she wouldn’t want to come home with us. 😂 I was updated every day and received pictures and videos also. I recommend them 150%! Tessa is counting the days until she can go visit again!
Hitchcock loved her stay with michelle! She was flexible and very understanding with everything that came with watching a huge pup. we loved getting the video update and seeing how our girl was having fun playing with the other dogs. We used Sam to board our dog Mia for the first time recently, and she was absolutely amazing! We just adopted Mia two months ago (she’s a rescue from the south), so we were super nervous about leaving her for a week. At the dog hotel we used to use for our other pup, they literally charged us $4 per photo and we constantly had to beg them for updates. Sam was the exact opposite. Right from the meet-and-greet, she was so attentive and asked tons of questions to make sure she knew exactly how to give Mia the best care. While we were gone, she sent so many updates and pictures without us even having to ask, which gave us total peace of mind. She even handled Mia's allergy medication which was another concern of ours. Plus, her dog Poppy is the absolute cutest and friendliest pup ever! If want someone who will actually give you pup personal, hands-on love and attention, you need to book Sam.
As always, working with Kayla was seamless and an absolute pleasure! We love to travel but hate leaving our pup, so it is wonderful to know that he is happy and well cared for while we are away. Dominique and her family were very accommodating. I was able to bring Hank (my dog) over to meet them to be sure it would be a good fit. She has a great yard! Her kids were so sweet and ready to help. They have a little dog Pumpkin who was very friendly and adorable. I don't think Pumpkin really enjoyed Hanks constant high energy, but she tolerated him. Dominique was a great communicator and sent me daily updates and pictures daily, which was so nice. If we get the chance to go on vacation again, I would definitely use her again.
