Lori was amazing at communicating, sending lots of pics and updates and making sure I knew Luna was safe and having lots of FUN! Lori took her on lots of adventures and took videos to show me real-time action. Lori also went above and beyond when Luna lost her Fi GPS device and Lori tracked it down by retracing steps and finding it in the woods.
