But we found ourselves in a pinch, and Gienna (thankfully!!) had an opening in her schedule to care for Sully for a long weekend. She and her dog Maggie were so welcoming, and made Sully feel right at home. He was so comfy and was soon prancing in Gienna’s yard. We received many pictures of Sully as he was settling into their home. Gienna communicated well and administered Sully’s meds as we needed. What a find for us and Sully! He even offered more support for the animals for an extended period when my travel was impacted by the snow. About: We believe in caring for dogs’ emotional needs as much as their physical ones. That means lots of attention, playtime, and a calm, structured environment. We host one guest dog at a time (or a bonded pair) to ensure each pup receives personalized care and feels at home. With work-from-home adults and a large fenced backyard, your dog will have plenty of human interaction, room to roam, and time to relax indoors with our friendly labradoodle, Penny. We also enjoy taking 1–2 walks a day (sometimes more!) and welcome visiting dogs to join if they'd like — though we understand some prefer to stay home and chill. We've raised two doodle puppies ourselves and are happy to care for your puppy too! We work from home and rarely have commitments that take us out for more than a few hours. Penny keeps us on a healthy routine, and we truly enjoy how dogs get us outside and moving — it’s good for everyone! We have a fully fenced backyard with plenty of squirrels, chipmunks, and bunnies to keep things interesting! Visiting dogs can play outside with our labradoodle, Penny, or lounge comfortably indoors. They’re welcome on the couch or can relax on a dog bed nearby while we work. We keep things low-key and structured, with lots of attention and calm energy throughout the day. We also take time to reassure visiting dogs that their parent(s) will be back soon — and that this is a fun place to explore in the meantime! We give each pup a tour of the house when they arrive, showing them where they can go and helping them settle in. It’s part of how we help them feel safe and at home right from the start.

About: I am taking care of dogs since I was 13 years old when I got my first dog, I worked with an NGO as I grew to help with rescues. I have been around dogs all my life basically. When I moved countries I decided to expand my family and we got Blu :) (my husky) I treat all fur babies as part of my family, and make sure the pet feels safe and loved. “We just love Rebeca and her whole family! They all pitch in and take care of the dogs that stay with them and we have a VERY active dog so it is so good for her to have lots of people to play with while we’re away. :) I can tell Cici always has the best time with them and we don’t have to worry about her at all while on vacation. We got the most gorgeous pics of her to see all the fun walks she was taking and fun games she was playing with their daughter. And at the end of the stay their daughter gave her a little Halloween goody bag with the CUTEST note talking about her favorite moment of Cici’s stay with her. It’s just so sweet you can see how much they care about your dog when they are with them. Cici will for sure be back over and over again! 🥰”

While we were away, Stacey kept us updated with photos and messages which gave us peace of mind. She went above and beyond-not only making sure Cody and Leo were fed and loved, but also taking the time to play ball and cuddle which is their favorite thing to do. When we got home, Cody and Leo were so happy and clearly well taken care for. It’s such a relief to have someone so trustworthy and dependable-we couldn’t ask for a better sitter. “Dolev was great with Mocha. Mocha was a little anxious when I left her (normal for her) but she settled in beautifully. I got a lot of pictures of Mocha having fun and playing with Dolev and the smaller humans :).
