At the dog hotel we used to use for our other pup, they literally charged us $4 per photo and we constantly had to beg them for updates. Sam was the exact opposite. Right from the meet-and-greet, she was so attentive and asked tons of questions to make sure she knew exactly how to give Mia the best care. While we were gone, she sent so many updates and pictures without us even having to ask, which gave us total peace of mind. She even handled Mia's allergy medication which was another concern of ours. Plus, her dog Poppy is the absolute cutest and friendliest pup ever! They are very attentive and patient, often updating me about the dogs and even offering suggestions on changing their food intake after doing some research. Our dogs were very happy and healthy when we went to pick them up, and even kind of sad to leave. It’s clear that they had a great time at Freddi’s by their smiles and tail wags. I would highly recommend this family if you’re going away for vacation—they are patient, kind, and very caring! 10/10 experience.”
