Our 2 cats have pretty basic needs, but they do not like strangers and we had never left them alone with a non-family member, so we were apprehensive about taking a week-long international trip. When we met with Tyler we emphasized that it wasn’t unexpected for him not to see the cats at all when he came by to feed them, and that he didn’t need to try to find them or stay and spend time with them if they didn’t want to come out. Imagine our surprise when we got a video from him the very first night with our big orange scaredy-cat rubbing up against him! Even our suspicious little tabby girl, who’s often skittish even around US, felt comfortable enough to walk into the kitchen and eat her food while Tyler was still there. He sent us a video or a photo or 2 each visit along with a quick update on how the cats were doing, which was perfect; we got peace of mind without distraction from our trip. We agonized for literally months over how we would arrange cat care after moving further away from our families, but now we know that we will be booking with Tyler any time we take a trip! It’s an enormous relief to have someone we can trust and that the cats actually feel comfortable with. Tyler is a lifesaver and we can’t recommend him highly enough!”

About: I love being surrounded by animals and have been around pets my entire life. For a long time now, I’ve been rescuing lost dogs and helping them find safe, loving homes. Currently, I have three dogs and a cat at my country house, as well as a 10-year-old senior dog at home. Growing up with dogs taught me the foundations of great pet care: patience, consistency, and plenty of affection. Today, I’m a proud dog dad to my pup, Ghost. I’m a stay at home mom so I have a lot of free time while my kids are at school. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit. I work full-time from home, and as a writer I have a flexible schedule to play and walk your pet throughout the day as well as on weekends. We have a house in Wenham, and I always ensure anything potentially dangerous is off the floor before a pup comes over. I also make sure they have their own space in my house on a dog bed or blanket with toys so they feel safe and welcomed.
About: Ive taken care of my best friends dog Tucker , he is a very adorable golden retriever , and ive taken care of him by walking him, feeding him , and sleeping with him. I love giving him lots of belly rubs , cuddles , and of course kisses. Secondly Ive taken care of my boyfriends two dogs named Mabel and pebbles, they are both small dogs, and ive taken care of them by walking them , feeding them , and sleeping with them as well. Lastly I love dogs so much , I would do anything for them. Near my complex I live around the corner from a park where I would take my old dog. I can take your dog to a park so that your dog can socialize with other dogs , puppies , etc (if requested). Lastly I will make sure that your dog will be on a leash the whole time , and to make sure that your loving dog will have plenty of water no matter where we are.
About: I’ve been a loving and devoted dog owner since I was ten. I’ve raised both small and large breed dogs from puppyhood. In addition, I’ve been a foster mom to many dogs of various ages and breeds through Great Dog Rescue. I enjoy getting outdoors, rain or shine, walking and playing with these wonderful animals.
