About: I have worked at a cat boarding facility for the better part of five years. I have many pets and experience with the following; medicine administration, injecting insulin, monitoring the cats’ health and appetite, cleaning, and making sure each and every cat got the adequate attention they needed. In addition to this I have also pet sat for dogs and cats for years. Most of customers were regulars and I got to get to know each animal very well. I have also had both a dog and a cat my whole life, so I know what it is like to not only constantly care for a pet, but also love and worry about them, which is why I take such pride in ensuring my customers have complete peace knowing I will care for their pets! I am a college student and am available most afternoons, but have more freedoms Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends. My schedule can be very flexible though. My main concern in caring for pets is their health and safety. I will always make sure they are doing well and have all the care they need in that aspect. About: I have cared for pets for almost 6 years, ranging from pet sitting to caring for dogs while working at my local grooming facility. I am experienced in dogs/cats that are very anxious, whether that means shy towards humans/dogs, afraid of loud noises, reactivity, etc. Due to my veterinary background and personal experience, I am fully capable of administering medications including daily or preventatives. (Oral, topical, etc) I am currently working part-time, but I am fully free on days that I am not working. I am available after 11am and before 8pm. I am available on weekdays and weekends, as well as some holidays. I am a college student, so I am only available over the summer, winter, and spring when I am home for breaks. I am currently unable to care for pets in my own home at this time due to the temperament of my pets, however I can care for pets in clients homes. I am familiar with using crates, basic obedience training, and petsitting dogs and cats including feeding, cleaning, playing, and walking the dog.
