I am a 32-year-old living in a house in Wenham (with a large backyard!) with flexible work hours. I work from home, and I'm a writer so hours are flexible, so I can take your dog for a walk whenever you need me to. I am responsible, kind, and athletic, and would love taking your dog on a long neighborhood walk, a dog park, or another location you'd prefer. Lastly, I am a previous pet owner myself -- growing up I had an incredibly energetic golden retriever dog, as well as a cat who lived 15 years. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit.
