It was clear she genuinely cared about our dog’s well-being. She also took her on multiple walks each day and made sure she got plenty of attention and exercise. On top of that, she was incredibly accommodating with our drop-off and pick-up schedule, which made the entire experience stress-free. Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. She gave me a few kisses and then settled on the couch like she was at home. I really appreciated Guillermo’s care, communication, and the calm, friendly atmosphere he created. She has a very structured environment for the dogs and provides expert training to help them with anything they're unfamiliar with (like sleeping in crates). She is a very caring and knowledgeable boarding provider.
Couldn’t have asked for a better family to watch our two Golden retrievers during our daughter‘s wedding weekend. Having never left them with a sitter they were nervous and so were away Lorraine and Patrick and three little girls were the best sitters we could ask for sent us pictures and gave them 100% of their attention we hope to move up to Massachusetts next year so we will definitely be calling them in the future.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Yenny and her family! We felt completely comfortable leaving Koda with them, and it was clear from the beginning that Yenny genuinely loves and cares for animals. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and responsible, and communication was excellent throughout Koda’s entire stay. She kept us updated and made us feel completely at ease knowing Koda was happy and in great hands. We also loved that her whole family welcomed Koda and treated her like part of the family. We had such a great experience that we’ve already booked Koda to stay with Yenny again next week! That probably says it all. 😊 1000% recommended, we couldn’t be happier and feel very lucky to have found someone we trust so much with Koda! 🐾❤️
Amy was amazing with my puppy! She followed her routine, sent us daily pictures and updates, and we could tell from the pictures that my puppy was having such a great time. She loved running around in Amy’s beautiful yard and playing in the grass. You can really tell that Amy genuinely loves dogs and was so excited to take care of my puppy. Having my puppy stay with Amy while my in-laws were visiting and are allergic to dogs was honestly a lifesaver. We’re so grateful and would definitely have my dog stay with Amy again! Thank you Amy!!
Lindsay was a great sitter for our dog Wellington. She provided pictures and updates regularly which made all the difference.
