About: My name is Meryn DeSimone, I am 22 and recently graduated from Elon University. I've taken care of a variety of different of animals and truly love spending time with pets! I currently have a chinchilla, Frank and a leopard gecko, Sally. My parents have two dogs also, Kip and Hammy and I have grown up with having dogs and cats around so they are second nature to me. I consider myself to be an organized and dedicated person with a big heart for animals. I would be more than happy to assist with any local pet care needs. I have plenty of time in the afternoon after my classes and I would love to spend that time going on a walk or taking care of pets! I can walk the dogs for long enough to make sure they are tired, feed them, clean up after them and even give medications or special requests that the animals would need!

About: 30 years as a dog mom, 2 young school-aged kids + friendly puppy!! Dogs have been a part of my life for more than 30 years! I grew up with a dog from the time I was 4 until I was 20, so caring for dogs has always been second nature to me. At 28, I got my own dog, who was a beloved part of our family for nearly 13 years. Shortly after saying goodbye to her we welcomed Lola, our mini dachshund, into our family in May 2026, and she has brought so much fun and energy to our home. I’m very comfortable with the day-to-day care that comes with having a dog, including walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Our family includes two young school-aged children, so our home is loving, active, and full of attention. Lola loves having other dogs around, so we’re especially excited to welcome friendly, social dogs who enjoy playing and having a canine companion. We’re a great fit for dogs who enjoy being part of a family and having plenty of love, attention, and playtime! Your dog will be treated like part of the family while they’re with us! We take dogs out first thing in the morning, throughout the day as needed (typically at least every 3 hours), and again before bedtime. I am not currently working, so I’m around and available throughout the day. On weekends, we’re home most of the time with Lola and the kids, so there’s plenty of company, attention, and playtime. We enjoy getting outside for walks and, when appropriate, may visit a dog park or a dog-friendly beach when seasonally available. We’ll always consider your dog’s personality, comfort level, and energy when planning activities. Our goal is for every dog to feel safe, loved, and right at home! Our home is a dog-loving, family-friendly environment with a large yard on a quiet private road, surrounded by woods and backing up to the Hannah Trails. There’s plenty of space for dogs to explore, play, and get some energy out! We have one very friendly, playful puppy (Lola) who loves having other dogs around, plus two young school-aged kids who are always happy to provide extra attention, entertainment, and cuddles. We especially enjoy welcoming dogs who are comfortable around children and other dogs. Our puppy has free rein of the house when we’re home and is crate-trained when we leave. For guest dogs, we’re happy to use a crate when we’re away if that’s what they’re accustomed to. If your dog isn’t crate-trained, that’s completely fine—we’re happy to work with their routine and make sure they’re comfortable and safe while we’re out. At night, we’ll follow whatever routine your dog is used to. They can sleep in a crate, in a designated area, or even in bed with us (& Lola) if that’s their normal routine. Our goal is to keep your dog’s experience as comfortable and familiar as possible while they’re staying with us!

About: I am a 32-year-old living in a house in Wenham (with a large backyard!) with flexible work hours. I work from home, and I'm a writer so hours are flexible, so I can take your dog for a walk whenever you need me to. I am responsible, kind, and athletic, and would love taking your dog on a long neighborhood walk, a dog park, or another location you'd prefer. I’ve been a Rover sitter for over five years, and have watched all kinds of pups! Young or old, big or small, energetic and outgoing or shy and timid… I’ve watched (and loved) them all! Being a Rover sitter is truly one of my biggest joys. As someone who loves dogs but doesn’t have one yet myself, I will truly treat your pup like my own and make sure he or she has a fantastic time away :) I am a previous pet owner myself -- growing up I had an incredibly energetic golden retriever dog, as well as a cat who lived 15 years. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit. I work full-time from home, and as a writer I have a flexible schedule to play and walk your pet throughout the day as well as on weekends. We have a house in Wenham, and I always ensure anything potentially dangerous is off the floor before a pup comes over. I also make sure they have their own space in my house on a dog bed or blanket with toys so they feel safe and welcomed.

About: My entire life I have grown up with pets, dogs cats bunnies guinea pigs lizards birds, you name it we had it! Good pet care to me includes knowing their needs way ahead of time . In my time around animals, I have yet to meet one that doesn’t like me, whether it’s a energetic puppy or a lazy house cat. I’m extremely responsible and trustworthy, in addition to being creative at a moments notice. Taking care of animals means you must be ready for whatever may happen, and patience is a key. These are all qualities I possess! To me, being a people person means you also are a pet person. You and your beloved pets will be happy, healthy and safe with me! I’m currently working part time as a yoga teacher, so I have lots of time to take care of your pet kiddos! Whether it’s a walk around the park, some quality play time at home, or meal support, I am open to it all. In high school I was a volunteer at Cape Ann Animal Aid working specifically as a Purr Pal providing care & socialization for cats, speaking with prospective adoptive families who visit, and cleaning & feeding duties in the cat room. I am certified in Cat & Dog First Aid by the American Red Cross and have experience with administering medication and working with cats with anxiety. I can also provide drop-in care for for other small animals such as small rodents and reptiles. Please reach out if you are in of need care for these other animals too! I am now available for dog walking. About Liam: I am a junior college student studying illustration. I am certified in Cat & Dog First Aid by the American Red Cross. I am working with my sister to help with drop-in cat care visits. We both love our two Siberian Forest Cats who we miss terribly when we are away at college! Depending on our schedules your cats may be visited by one or both of us together. Meet & Greets will be set up with clients based on who will be providing care in your home during your requested time so if we both will be available to care for your cat while you are away you will meet both of us. We will provide a cat care info sheet at our meet and greets for you to complete which helps us to care for your feline friend while you are away. Thank you for considering us to help care for your feline friends! As you can imagine sending two kids to college is a big expense! I have a very flexible schedule which allows me to offer 30 minute cat care visits to accommodate whatever time frame your cat may need for visits. Longer visits are also available. I am able to provide cat care services in a client's home provided we have had a "meet & greet" in advance of services being provided and your cat approves! I am unable to provide cat care services in my own home.

I have been working as a pet sitter for 6 years and worked with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities from bearded dragons and clingy cats to Chihuahuas and Newfoundlands. Please note that I am only comfortable caring for indoor cats. For safety reasons, I do not allow outdoor cats outside while they are under my care and ask that they remain indoors during the duration of my visits or stay.

About: I’ve been a loving and devoted dog owner since I was ten. I’ve raised both small and large breed dogs from puppyhood. In addition, I’ve been a foster mom to many dogs of various ages and breeds through Great Dog Rescue. I enjoy getting outdoors, rain or shine, walking and playing with these wonderful animals. My dogs get are doted on with lots of cuddles and attention. I currently have a very friendly Bernese Mountain dog who gets along well with other dogs. I am available full-time to care for your fur baby. I could offer daily exercise and plenty of individual attention to your pup at my home or yours. I have a house with a big yard on a quiet cul-de-sac. Either in your home or mine, I would take your dog out on a leash to make sure it stays safe. Having hosted many rescue dogs, I know how to care for nervous animals and they have thrived under my care.

I love getting to hang with all types of dogs whether it’s walking, playing, or having them stay with us. I’ve cared for elderly dogs, puppies, and everything in between for the last 10 years. Can’t wait to meet you soon! Since covid, I am work from home most of the day and would love an extra furry friend or two to get me out of the house. Because I am work from home, I’m very flexible on walks, day cares, and much more! I love going to the dog parks around town and would be more than happy to take your baby there as well. About: I have my very own rescued golden retriever/hound mix named Goldfish. He’s taught me the importance of patience, slow introductions and the power of treats! I have experience working with large breeds, anxious dogs, reactive dogs and senior dogs with special needs. I’m also a runner so I’d be happy to take your high energy pups on a run! I have a flexible schedule since I work part time. I will be available to hang out with your pups most days of the week! I’m attune to dog body language and make sure to read their cues when approaching them. I’ll be sure that they’re secure when entering and exiting a home. When we’re on walks, I’ll make sure that they don’t get into things when they’re not supposed to and be cautious of other dogs and people.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and a bunch of other animals, and I have always loved taking care of them. My family, neighbors, and friends have all relied on me to take care of their pets over the years, whether it's for walks, check-ins, or overnights, and I would love to do the same for your pet. I'm a college student and have plenty of time during the week for quick check-ins and walks, and I will be able to stay overnight most weekdays and on weekends. I am very comfortable around dogs and would have no problem going on walks, crating your dog, administering most medicine, or doing any other tasks that may be required.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve fed them, walked them and help take care of them. I have walked dogs and pet sit for 5years. Animals are so relaxing and fun. I’m a stay at home mom so I have a lot of free time while my kids are at school. About: My name is Victoria and I have a wide range of experience caring for animals. Being a pet owner myself, I know what others are looking for while leaving their loved ones in the hands of others. Throughout my time looking after pets my duties have been; walking, feeding, boarding, giving pets with Diabetes their injection of insulin, giving animals their daily medications (both liquid and pills) and just about anything else you can think of! I have taken care of 6 month old puppies to 17 year old dogs of all different breeds and disabilities. I don't view animals as pets but as members of a family. When your pet is with me, they will be treated like royalty! My current job is both remote and flexible, giving me the ability to be attentive and care for your your pets consistently throughout each day! My home is pet very pet friendly and safe. Animals are allowed on the couch and beds! Along with walks, there is a dog play area where I live to keep your pet(s) entertained and happy! Please note I do have a very friendly dog at my home (he loves all animals!) so if your pet is boarded my dog will be present. I would also like to add a note that if you are requesting house sitting services, I usually take my dog with me for the nights unless requested otherwise.
