“We used Sam to board our dog Mia for the first time recently, and she was absolutely amazing! We just adopted Mia two months ago (she’s a rescue from the south), so we were super nervous about leaving her for a week. At the dog hotel we used to use for our other pup, they literally charged us $4 per photo and we constantly had to beg them for updates. Sam was the exact opposite. Right from the meet-and-greet, she was so attentive and asked tons of questions to make sure she knew exactly how to give Mia the best care. While we were gone, she sent so many updates and pictures without us even having to ask, which gave us total peace of mind. She even handled Mia's allergy medication which was another concern of ours. Plus, her dog Poppy is the absolute cutest and friendliest pup ever! “Caden is our cats’ new favorite person! We have two cats Ollie and Oatey and they both have a little bit of different personalities; Caden catered to both. Oatey can be a little shy with new people and by the third or fourth day he was cuddling up on her lap. Ollie is more outgoing but doesn’t always engage with play (because his brother steals the show) and Caden brought her IPad for him to play with some mice games, which he appeared to love. Ollie isn’t a lap cat and by the end he was sitting in Caden's lap too. Caden was super thoughtful and attentive. She noticed when our litter robot was full and made sure to change it so our guys had fresh litter. She made sure the cats had fresh water during her visits. She gave us excellent updates and kept our cats happy while we were away. I could not have enjoyed my trip as much as I did without Caden being our sitter.”

About: I love being surrounded by animals and have been around pets my entire life. For a long time now, I’ve been rescuing lost dogs and helping them find safe, loving homes. Currently, I have three dogs and a cat at my country house, as well as a 10-year-old senior dog at home. One of my dogs in the countryside is partially blind, and I'm the one who takes care of his special needs. This has given me great hands-on experience with senior and special-needs pet care. Spanish is my native language, and my home is fully bilingual! My kids are completely fluent in English and are always here to help with communication for all booking details and updates. My daily life revolves around taking care of my dog, maintaining our home, and waiting for my husband and children to return from work and school. I work from home full time and set my own schedule, so I can be flexible with timing of walks and drop in home visits. I have a car and easy access to all forms of transportation. I can visit your home and stick to your and your pets’ routines, or pop by in the middle of the day for walks and trips to the dog park.

Being a pet owner myself, I know what others are looking for while leaving their loved ones in the hands of others. Throughout my time looking after pets my duties have been; walking, feeding, boarding, giving pets with Diabetes their injection of insulin, giving animals their daily medications (both liquid and pills) and just about anything else you can think of! I have taken care of 6 month old puppies to 17 year old dogs of all different breeds and disabilities. I don't view animals as pets but as members of a family. “We used Sam to board our dog Mia for the first time recently, and she was absolutely amazing! We just adopted Mia two months ago (she’s a rescue from the south), so we were super nervous about leaving her for a week. At the dog hotel we used to use for our other pup, they literally charged us $4 per photo and we constantly had to beg them for updates. Sam was the exact opposite. Right from the meet-and-greet, she was so attentive and asked tons of questions to make sure she knew exactly how to give Mia the best care. While we were gone, she sent so many updates and pictures without us even having to ask, which gave us total peace of mind. She even handled Mia's allergy medication which was another concern of ours. Plus, her dog Poppy is the absolute cutest and friendliest pup ever!
