Active dog sitter- Love long walks!
My family dog Bella was always my best friend! I loved going for walks, playing in the yard, and giving her all the love and attention I could! Since she passed away, I have worked personally and professionally in pet care for 5-6 years. I worked full time with a dog walking company for 1 year in the Cambridge, Ma area. I have also worked through Rover and independently for the past 6 years. I have lots of experience with dog/house sitting, dog boarding, dog walking, and some dog training! Scotty and I love having new furry friends around the house! We have a deck that can be fenced off and the dogs love laying out there on a sunny day. We also have a backyard, but it is currently not fenced in. We have a long leash that allows us to keep the dogs safe while still enjoying the yard and playing around. We also love finding fenced in parks for some off leash fun if the owner is ok with that. We generally avoid all dog parks (unless this is something the owner feels very comfortable with and prefers we do). The love and care I haven given to past clients will be the same I give to your beloved dog! Im an active dog sitter, so I will run around with them, take them out in nature whenever possible, and give lots of snuggle sessions! I am highly capable of keeping your dog on a schedule for meals and potty time as well. We can’t wait to meet your furry friend!!

Samantha was unbelievably helpful, thoughtful and communicative taking care of our little guy Benny during our wedding weekend up on the North Shore. She absolutely went above and beyond for us during a special, and specially chaotic, weekend - allowing us to make memories with him on our special day while knowing he was well taken care of through the night. We couldn't have pulled it all off without her!
Samantha was a great caretaker for our two pups over a 5-day vacation. Pick up and drop off were a cinch. She brought them into her home and made them feel like part of the family. She was considerate of the dogs' various unique needs and personalities and put them at ease. I was also happy to have updates on their activities. Was very grateful to have her caring for my golden and my rescue pup while we were away. It gave me total peace of mind.
We are SO beyond thankful for Samantha and her fiancé Scotty!!! They took such incredible care of our two boxers - one of which is a senior dog with medicine needs and picky eating tendencies - and they were so accommodating and followed our instructions to a T. We are very particular and discerning about who we let watch our dogs and would recommend them to anyone!!
Samantha did a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs with very different needs. Our older dog takes medication and moves slowly. Our younger dog is high energy and reactive on the leash. Samantha took great care of both of them and they came home happy and healthy. I think they really enjoyed their time with her! I hope to work with Samantha again and I highly recommend her.
Thank you Samantha for the daily updates and the daily photos. We will definitely reach out to you in the future! Harlee had a blast with you and I feel grateful to have found someone so close by who cares greatly for the the animals in her care.

Schedule
I currently work mostly from home and typically would not need to leave for more than 2-3 hours at a time. The dogs enjoy lots of attention while staying with us!!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety for the dogs I sit is extremely important to me. I make sure there is nothing within reach that could be potentially harmful to the dogs, and often block off certain rooms when I leave them alone. I will also crate when left alone if that is the preference of the owner!
