About: I can handle dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. My regular clients includes dogs as small as a Rat Terrier and as large as a Weimaraner. I don't currently have other pets or small children at home, so no worries if your furry friend is not accustomed to that! I work 5 hrs a day , so I have plenty of time to play and be company to your pups. All other availability is on a case by case basis. Overnight is available most days per week. I have a fenced in yard and a quiet street near a local park to ensure high levels of activity. Inside, pets will get plenty of cuddles on the couch.

Our anxious dog shuts down when we leave the house. We had to be out for 12 hours and Thalia was able to get her out for potty breaks a few times and coaxed her to eat a little. She also sent us updates throughout the day so we could feel at ease while we were gone.

I can’t say enough good things about Shannon. I came to her with a little bit of an odd request—more like an evening of babysitting our pup than a traditional dog sit. Happy is 5 months old and full of energy. And also still learning how to behave in someone else’s house. We were staying with our daughter and her family so we could attend a family wedding in a different city than where we live. I looked on Rover and found this woman with years of experience as a certified dog sitter, who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought she would not be overwhelmed by a 5-month-old golden retriever pup. Her skill and kindness with Happy made the whole evening stress-free for all of us. It was a dream dog sit.
