About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and am comfortable adapting to all personalities ~ from energetic and social to more shy or sensitive. Growing up, our home always had multiple dogs, so I’m very used to different temperaments, routines, and dynamics. I’ve also had hands-on experience supporting pregnant dogs and caring for litters, including situations where extra attention and patience were needed early on. Over time, I’ve learned that every dog is different, and I take the time to understand their behavior, energy, and needs so they feel safe and comfortable. My own dog is very social and friendly, and since we’re new to the area, she would love to make some new friends as well. “This is the second time Emily has petsit for my 2 cats. As always she was amazing. My first experience was back in February when I had to go on an extended work trip for 10 days. Emily was amazing and my 2 cats warmed right up to her. She took such great care of them. She went above and beyond even making it to take care of them during the blizzard. I cannot recommend Emily enough. She will love your pets like they are her own making sure their needs are met while giving lots of play time and cuddles. About: I’ve grown up around cats my whole life, but my hands-on experience really deepened in college when I began fostering kittens. Since then, I’ve fostered a total of 9 cats, ranging from very young kittens to more independent cats, all with different personalities and needs. One of my most meaningful experiences was rescuing and raising a stray kitten from just 4 weeks old, which taught me a lot about patience, care, and building trust with animals at such a young age. About: I can handle dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. My regular clients includes dogs as small as a Rat Terrier and as large as a Weimaraner. I don't currently have other pets or small children at home, so no worries if your furry friend is not accustomed to that! I work 5 hrs a day , so I have plenty of time to play and be company to your pups. All other availability is on a case by case basis. Overnight is available most days per week. I have a fenced in yard and a quiet street near a local park to ensure high levels of activity. Inside, pets will get plenty of cuddles on the couch.

“Riley was very calm when I picked him up. After the meet and greet Riley went into your home with his tail wagging! That impressed me . I love the way you introduced him to your home and to the other dogs . We both felt very welcome . Appreciated the photos and the wonderful care you gave to Riley . “I believe my pups had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at Katherine and Lucas’s! They made their home so cozy and welcoming for my dogs, who are big couch potatoes, that they felt pretty secure in a new place. Not to mention their one family (of dogs!) at a time policy which works great for anxious dogs like mine who are insecure around other dogs. Lucas and Katherine are a great couple who genuinely seem to love dogs and they sent me daily updates and photos. After a few not so stellar experience with other sitters on this app, I feel like I’ve found the perfect caregivers for my fur babies! Highly recommend!”
