“We left our dog Whiskey with Jessica for a five day vacation stay. Jessica was outstanding! She made us feel so comfortable leaving him with her. She sent pictures everyday and he has a bud for life in butters. Jessica gave whiskey bones and play toys throughout the stay and treated him like he was her very own. We will leave him again and again with Jessica from now on because we trust her and appreciate her tremendously! Thank you so much Jessica!”
“Returning customer here! Stacia is just a godsend. She was available to take care of my little baby on short notice, AND on a holiday so that I could enjoy myself without having to worry about (pet) parenting. 100% recommend! She is amazing!”

Holly & DK are a lovely young couple who communicate quickly and thoroughly, are flexible about pick up/drop off times, and always send us a handful of cute pictures. We've also noticed they go above and beyond to return food bowls, kongs, and blankets back cleanly. We're happy we found them and look forward to having Moose stay with them in the future!”
“We found Melanie on Rover.com and she was great! She lives close to us, which made us feel a lot better about leaving our dog. She gave our dog such great personal care, followed all the feeding instructions perfectly and handled the medicines and supplements exactly like we asked. She gave us regular updates with pictures of our dog . She has worked previously in a vet clinic so she’s confident and knows what she’s doing with animals. Melanie is reliable and clearly loves pets. We’ll definitely book her again!”
“It was truly amazing to find such a wonderful sitter for my pet, Frosty. Both Bonnie and her husband they took great care of him and kept me updated every day and night with photos, walks, meals, and all the little details. Seeing Frosty happy, comfortable, and well cared for gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciate their kindness, communication, and genuine love for pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”
“Caroline was a gem! She was very accommodating of the last minute request and the way she wanted to do a short meet and greet prior to my dog’s stay, it felt very genuine of her to ensure her dogs and my dog had a good introduction. I was nervous about leaving my dog Berkeley for a week, but Caroline and her family really loved on Berkeley like their own and I really loved that she sent frequent photos, videos, and updates about how Berkeley was doing.”

“We are so grateful to have found these sitters, especially last minute when our pup wasn’t feeling well. This was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous. Lucas and Katherine couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. They were amazing with giving her medicine, checked in daily with updates on how she was eating, and taking the medicine and always sent the sweetest pictures. They even went out of their way to make sure she ate by picking up yogurt, which she loved! Our dog looked right at home and so happy the whole time, which gave us such peace of mind. Truly wonderful sitters who went above and beyond…highly recommend!”
“I went on my trip with a peace of mind knowing that my baby is safe. She kept me updated on what he was doing and sent me pictures and videos. Teddy looked very happy and he had so much fun. About: I’ve been crazy about pets my whole life—raised with two dogs who taught me love and duty, now sharing my days with a feisty cat and keeping up with my family’s three silly pups. I’m here to pamper your furry friends: epic walks, tons of playtime, big cuddles, or just kicking back together. Cats? I’m their brushing and snuggle champ. Baths or meds? Show me how, and I’m all over it. I get a kick out of every pet’s little quirks! Note: my cat’s a lone wolf, so I can’t host at home. Drop me a line to chat about your pet—I’m pumped to give them the fun and care they’ll totally adore! Every morning of the week until 12h30, I can pass to walk and play with your animal. I can maybe be free during the weekend. We need to discuss first. I live for animals and their happiness, with a sharp eye for what they’re feeling. I pick up on stress signals and tweak my care to fit them perfectly, creating a peaceful vibe where they can just be themselves. Whether it’s a burst of play to lift their spirits or a quiet moment to ease their mind, I tune into their world and make it better.
“This is the second time Emily has petsit for my 2 cats. As always she was amazing. My first experience was back in February when I had to go on an extended work trip for 10 days. Emily was amazing and my 2 cats warmed right up to her. She took such great care of them. She went above and beyond even making it to take care of them during the blizzard. I cannot recommend Emily enough. She will love your pets like they are her own making sure their needs are met while giving lots of play time and cuddles. She even got my extremely timid cat to take her medicine twice a day- an amazing feat!! Her updates and communication were thorough and put me at ease while I was away. I highly recommend her to everyone in the area and will be booking her for my future pet sitting needs.”
“Emily took care of my 3 cats when i was on vacation. 2 of my cats don’t get along and need to be kept separated and 1 cat is super shy.She was able to care for all 3 and kept me informed and send great pictures. Would definitely use Emily again.”
“Claire did a great job taking care of our cats and breaded dragon. I was away for two weeks, she looked after everyone very well, she always made sure to update me and send pictures. Both cat’s and bearded dragon tank are clean when I come back. She is very responsible. I would highly recommended.”
“She is amazing ? she always send me photos and videos of my cat. She took care of my cat as if she were her own. Her babe Sylvester is very respectful with my babe Lua. Thanks a lot!!!!!”
“Alison was punctual & caring throughout her shifts. She sent photos of my kitties eating & being petted. Alison, did really well with scooping the liter box as well. I can see myself hiring Alison again!”

“Starry & Gio had Luna for daycare. The communication was wonderful, and it was very evident from the many pictures that we received that Luna was comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!”
“This was Oreo’s second day here and it was just as amazing as the first. He is almost 12, very particular about people, and not the easiest dog to win over — so the fact that he was excited to go back says everything. As chaotic as our day was, it was such a huge relief knowing he was happy, comfortable, and in such good hands. Jackie’s flexibility, kindness, and obvious love for dogs really stood out. It is not easy to find someone you fully trust with your dog, especially one with a picky personality, but this truly feels like a safe, loving, and comfortable home for him. We are so grateful to have found Jackie and will absolutely continue to book again (already have) 😉”
“Second time at Jessica’s place. Pretzel had a lot of fun and came home taking a nap right away. Jessica trained Pretzel walking and left very detailed note about Pretzel’s day, water break/food break etc, which is very appreciated!”

He has a lovely home with a safe backyard, and his dog is wonderful and playful — Nacho had the best time running around and playing all day! We definitely recommend Connor and look forward to booking with him again.”
About: Hi, I’m Meghan! Animals have been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a house full of dogs taught me early on how to connect with different breeds, energies, and personalities. Later, I turned that passion into dog walking for several years for dogs of all ages and sizes. There's not a dog size I haven't care for yet from tiny corgi puppies to enormous great danes. Today, my heart belongs to me and my fiancé Jason's large 9 year old rescue dog, Blu. Blu is the chillest, sweetest boy who loves to walk, cuddle, and run laps around the dog park. He gets along with everyone and would be happy to join for playtime if your babies are comfortable with him! I work full time remotely, so I am home all day to love on your baby. I am also a runner and would be happy to take your dog with me on a run if they're up for it! I have a fenced in dog park in our complex and plenty of walking paths right in the neighborhood. My apartment is comfortable, cool, and has plenty of room and blankets for chilling out. I also have a fenced balcony deck for catching some sunshine. Blu is a big fan!
“Lisa has provided a wonderful experience to us and our dog Willow. We left Willow for a few hours, and he came out happy and perky and that's the most important thing in the end.”
“Today was Tucker’s first visit to Jacqueline. He said he had a great time and can’t wait to go back!! Very easy to see Jacqueline really cares about the dogs and takes good care of them.”
“Armani had a great time during his sit as he came back energetic and super playful! They also provided constant updates which I absolutely loved. They definitely took care of my puppy, so I highly recommend!”
“I am very happy I found Jose. He took my babies in at the last minute and was great at keeping in contact with me and sending pics and videos. If I ever travel back here with my pups again he will be my go to.”
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. As a lifelong dog lover and a proud dog mom myself, I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. What sets me apart is the personal attention and genuine care I provide. I want every dog staying with me to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and truly at home. I’m patient with puppies and energetic dogs who need extra playtime and attention, and I’m equally happy caring for older or more relaxed dogs who prefer a quieter environment and a slower pace. I take the time to learn your dog’s normal routine, feeding schedule, walking habits, favorite activities, and any special instructions you provide. My goal is to care for your fur baby the same way I would want someone to care for my own, like part of the family. I’m a real estate agent with a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my day around the pets in my care. I’m able to provide plenty of attention throughout the day, including regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love and companionship. Since I have dogs of my own, pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. Your pup will be treated like part of the family while staying with me! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I provide a clean, loving, and supervised home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. I have a spacious, fully fenced backyard where they can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and playtime, as well as a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks. I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and any special needs. I understand that every dog has a different personality, so I take the time to help each pet feel comfortable and adjust at their own pace. I have two friendly dogs of my own who are used to sharing their home, but I also have the ability to keep them separate from guest dogs if needed. This allows me to accommodate dogs who may prefer their own space or need a calmer environment. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your fur baby is safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while staying in my home.
About: I owned a dog for 15 years. She passed away about 7 years ago. We are looking to spend time with dogs but we aren’t ready to have one ourselves just yet I work full-time on weekdays, so we’re available for pet care on weekends and holidays. We love spending free time with animals and can provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship while your pet is in our care. I have a secure fenced backyard and a pet-friendly home. My kids and I love animals, and pets will get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and affection while staying with us. I will be the only one responsible for care of your pet, but I will have my kids around often times to play.
“Loved getting updates on Mochi! I often worry/think about him when I'm out so it was really nice to see that he was enjoying himself. Very happy with the booking, thank you SO much for taking care of him!!”

About: I've cared for dogs, including mine, for as long as I can remember! In doing so, I've been responsible for feeding, walking, bathing, and sometimes even grooming said dogs, of which all owners have said that I did an excellent job! In my transition to college, I have a month where I'll be given all the free time in the world, which makes it the perfect opportunity to give some pet owners their well-deserved free time as well! I have one 45-pound female dog who loves running in our fenced backyard! Additionally, we have a dog park only a few blocks away, giving us even more room to run and play! Whenever we aren't home, we have a nice crate that our dog stays in with peaceful music playing in the background in case she gets anxious!

About: I love animals! I’ve been a dog mom for 13 years, I’ve fostered over 25 dogs, & have experience cat sitting as well. I’m based in Cranford and grew up in Westfield so very familiar with the area. Animals are my happy place and I love babying and caring for them. As such, I’d like to offer my services to keep your pets happy with cuddles, playtime, and/or exercise while you’re away from them. I have a genuine connection with animals & would love to help them feel less lonely while you’re away. In addition, I can provide a quick dog massage towards the end of my stay if you think your pet would enjoy it! I’ve experienced all different energy levels and weight up to 80 pounds. I provide excellent service through my communication, following direction, timeliness, and genuine care of animals. I’m available on weekends any time. On weekdays, I’m able to drop in 5:30pm and after during weekdays. If you’re close to me, I can drop by early morning and/or lunch time. From being a foster mom to homeless dogs, I’m very cognizant of the safety of animals. I know dogs especially can be easily spooked so I ensure that I have a firm grip on the leash with it wrapped once around my wrist. My dog is a strong pitbull so I feel comfortable handling most large strong dogs. While I’m caring for pets, I talk to them like they’re babies! I’m very much guilty of having a baby voice, but I feel the animals love and respond to it!
About: My love for animals started early in life when I decided to rescue a kitten off the streets when I was 10 years old. I went on to rescue one more cat while living with my parents and after moving out was finally able to get a dog. In the last 20 years, I’ve owned and fostered numerous dogs of all kinds. I love being in the company of animals, something about their presence makes me feel whole. I’m currently trying to make my passion, my full time job. This sallows me to be freed up with a lot of availability to take care of your furry children. I will not be offering these services at this time. But in the future if this is offered, any and all dogs will be treated as if they were my own.
About: I've been raising, walking, feeding and nurturing my dogs since 2016. They are part of my family and enjoy precious time walking and playing with the dogs. I live in a condo and the space is clean, comfortable and safe for dogs and people! I make sure hazards are avoided to ensure the safety of my dogs. Thank you
About: I've grown with both cats and dogs majority of my life. I am patient and love all animals. Give me instructions on how to take care of your pet and I'll do that and so much more. I will be sure to check with owner of where pet is allowed to go in their home and if there are any issues with fences.

About: I've got a soft spot for senior dogs and tons of experience training puppies! I have learned how to gentle take care of senior dogs and how to be patient. Also patience is key with training puppies, I was home during Covid and my family had work so I would be the one taking care of my puppy. What really sets me apart is the personalized care I provide. I take the time to understand each pet's unique personality and needs, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and happy while their owners are away. I always make sure to follow specific instructions closely, whether it's administering medication, sticking to a particular diet, or maintaining a certain exercise routine. I'm also super attentive and quick to notice any signs of discomfort or distress. Plus, I can send regular updates with photos and videos, so pet parents can see how much fun their furry friends are having! I believe clear communication and genuine care are key to building trust and providing the best possible service. I am currently babysitting 2 family’s, Monday - Thursday. I am also a student but do online school. I do have the weekends completely available. (I also want to point out I have 16 years on pet care experience because I have had dogs throughout my whole life.) When caring for pets in a client's home, my top priorities are safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment. I start by doing a thorough walk-through of the home with the client to understand their pet's routines, any specific needs, and house rules. This helps me maintain consistency and minimize stress for the pet. I follow the client's instructions meticulously, whether it's regarding feeding schedules, medication administration, or exercise routines. I also pay close attention to the pet's body language and behavior, to ensure they are comfortable and content. To build trust, I interact with the pet in a gentle and patient manner, offering plenty of positive reinforcement and affection. I also respect their boundaries and never force interactions. By prioritizing safety, trust, and a comfortable environment, I strive to provide the best possible care for pets in their own homes.

“Starry & Gio were very easy to communicate with (very responsive) and kept me updated on everything. They are great caretakers and my dog was very happy being with them. Thank you!”
“Connor was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Blue! From the very beginning, he was responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating, which immediately put me at ease. The updates were hands down the best I’ve ever received—lots of photos and videos that showed just how much fun Blue was having. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him look so happy, relaxed, and content while I was away. Blue made friends with the other pups and was clearly in heaven :) It was obvious that Connor cared for Blue as if he were his own, and that gave me so much peace of mind. I came home to a happy, well-loved dog, and I couldn’t ask for more. I will absolutely be booking with Connor again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will truly treat their dog like family.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Natasha! Communication around drop-off and pick-up was seamless and easy. Most importantly, we really appreciated how sweet and caring she was with Sophie. It was clear that Sophie was in good hands and well cared for. We would absolutely rebook with her in the future without hesitation!”
“So incredibly grateful to have found Meghan and Jason. We had a meet up prior to our booking dates and felt more than comfortable to have them take care of our baby Armin. A big plus is that they have one of the best dog parks their community, it’s huge! We received plenty of videos and pictures daily. Armin was even laying upside down in their care, which he only does when he’s extremely comfortable and we have yet to see that with any prior rover experiences. Armin easily gets diarrhea if he has any changes to his food or treats but Meghan and Jason did great with his regimen. We got him back with healthy poops lol. They even accommodated to drop him off at the end of our booking which we desperately needed. I can’t say enough good things about them and am excited to have found a future pet sitter with zero worries 🙂”
“Mica (my dog) had a great time at Jacqueline's! After Mica & I first met Jacqueline, I was 100% confident that Mica would be in good hands. Jacqueline was very tuned in to how Mica was doing. And she was careful about introducing Mica to other dogs. All in all, a great experience.”
“They were great. We were in town for a concert and we needed someone on short notice, so we messaged. They got back to us right away, great communication. I even got picture updates..”
“Nan was great! Would recommend to anyone looking to board there pet. Was able to book with her last minute with no problem. She really cared well for my young puppy, kept in touch the entire time, and sent pictures and videos. My puppy loved her! Will absolutely be using Nan again to care for my dog when I'm away.”
“I was so happy to find Yanina. I have two older dogs (an 11 year old ~50 lb retriever mix and a 12 year old ~80 lb bully mix). Normally folks are intimidated by the size with no inclination to get to know my dogs. Yanina and her hubby were so kind to my babies and treated them so well. I got some fantastic photos and videos and my dogs were smiling and so happy!”
“Another awesome day with Shaun!! Betty literally ran from the car to their front door - without looking back - when we pulled up to drop her off!!! That says it all :)”
“Na was amazing in taking care of my rescue dog who is generally very nervous and shy around strangers. She took the time to let him get to know her and gave him plenty of space to play and took him on many walks. The communication throughout was also top notch, I got so many pictures and updates, which made me feel at ease that he is happy and safe with her. At the end of the stay my dog was so comfortable that he wanted to go back into her house! Which says a lot! I’m sure both my dog and I will be happy to go back.”
