About: I'm new to Rover but I would love to get some more experience working with all kinds of animals! I am a working professional and have taken care of cats and dogs for pretty much my whole life. Hopefully I can be of some useful service to you and your pets as well! I’m highly communicative with owners during visits/check-ins and while house sitting. I am the type to arrive either right on time or five minutes early. I’m attentive to pets and their needs, and happy to fulfill specific requests (ex: pet needs to be fed at blank exact time, etc). I’ve worked with 15- year-old chihuahuas and 6 month old Labrador puppies without any issue or worry. My main priority is that your pet is safe, comfortable and cared for until your return. I’m a freelancer and I usually can work remotely, so I have the freedom to schedule my week as I see fit. That means I can take dogs out multiple times in a day, without it disrupting my schedule. In my home, I live in an apartment which means I take dogs out every 2 hours. Depending on their size and energy I take longer or shorter walks. And at other people homes I’m happy to follow specific instructions but, as my own set of rules, I make sure to clean any messes I find on the property, if a vacuum is available I’m happy to vacuum hair/fur, especially if the pet owner is away for more than 5 days, I’m always available to communicate if any owner wants to check in with me and of course I’m happy to face time if you’d like to check in on your pet. I usually send and end of day message with a picture of your pup and a review of our day.

We had a great experience with Julian watching Hazel, our Shih Tzu mix, and Louis, our Nebelung cat, for 10 days. He provided drop ins and walks and kept us updated throughout the trip with great communication and lots of photos, which we really appreciated.
