About: Hi all! I am crazy about all dogs and am the proud pawrent to two adopted furbabies. One male, pocket pitmix, 6 and one female, chihuahua mix, 4. Both are fixed and friendly. To prevent an intervention of being the owner of way too many dogs to be socially acceptable, I’m opting to be a Rover walker and sitter instead. I am looking to make your dog extra comfortable by having dates where we can walk, play, have treat times, and take selfies. :) Happy to oblige with requests medical/dietary needs, dog park visits, sing alongs, etc. Very flexible with traveling and breeds to house-sit. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and in the bed. Have had dogs of various sizes and breeds (poodle, chihuahua, German Shepherd, cocker spaniel, currently pocket Pit mix) in the past, and am comfortable with any best friend of yours!

About: When I was a child my family owned and cared for dogs, horses, bunnies, and chickens which meant I became an animal caretaker at a very young age. In addition to helping to feed, groom, and clean up after our pets, I was aIso responsible for administering our dog’s daily diabetes insulin. My childhood prepared me well for becoming a dog mom to a longhaired dapple Dachshund in early 2021. I cannot imagine my life without him and cannot wait for your furbaby to become his furbuddy! I'm also the proud owner of Boogs & Boop, a small business specializing in pet accessories, with a portion of proceeds donated to supporting animal shelters and dogs in need. This commitment reflects my deep passion for caring for dogs and their well being. I work full time from home, so Dog Mom is my 24/7 job title. I am conveniently located near a park so go on at least two walks a day, weather permitting. DAYCARE CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: 1. Daycare refers to drop off between 8-9am and 5-6pm, a 8-hour period. 2. Pick-up and drop-off times for Daycare must be scheduled in advance through direct message. 2. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will be charged an additional $5 per 30 minutes that you are late. Late arrivals risk interfering with other appointments, so this fee helps to accommodate that change. 3. Drop offs before 8am are subject to an Early Drop-off Fee of $10 per hour. 4. Pick up after 6pm are subject to a Late Pick-up Fee of $10 per hour. 5. Pick up after 9pm is considered boarding which is subject to double my Daycare rate. HOUSE-SITTING CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: During house sits, I typically continue my normal schedule with other pet care clients (walks, drop-ins, etc.), so I may be out of the home for portions of the day. If your pet requires near-constant or 24/7 care, please let me know in advance. I may be able to accommodate, but this would require adjustments for my own dog and existing clients and may involve an additional fee. I care for pets in my home since I also have my furbaby to attend to. This means there’s always healthy treats, pee pads, dog wipes, and pet first aid products on hand. I understand that being away from your furbaby can be nerve-wracking, but you can rest assured that I will provide clear communication and photo updates when your pet is in my care. I do not have an attached yard, but the park is a hop, skip, and a jump away, so it’s easy to take potty breaks whenever necessary. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Please arrive with your pet on a leash. I am a strong advocate for pet safety and leash laws. 2. Due to Covid-19 precautions, I do not allow guests into my home, but would be happy to meet you downstairs at drop-off and pick-up times. 3. I will ALWAYS send photos throughout the appointment, even if not directly requested. INCLEMENT WEATHER DISCLAIMER: I take all weather advisories seriously. When the heat index is above 90°F degrees or windchill is below 20°F walks will be cut short for your pet's safety and for my own. Walks will consist of “doing their business” then returning indoors. Regular service is maintained in the rain, but will be postponed due to thunder, lightning, or blizzards. Walks may be early or delayed depending on the forecast. I will always communicate with dog owners if a change of plan is necessary due to dangerous weather and temperatures. Thank you for your understanding.

Since I have only 2 cats now in my adulthood, Rover is my outlet to enjoy time with dogs. About: Hi! I’m Sophie, I'm 28, and I'm someone who genuinely enjoys spending time outdoors and being around animals. While I’m relatively new to pet care, I’m eager, attentive, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I stay active and go on daily walks (usually about an hour), so I’m especially excited about opportunities to walk dogs and keep them engaged. I’ve had some hands-on experience walking a friend’s dog, and I’ve really enjoyed building that routine and connection. I also have a small goldfish tank at home, so I’m familiar with the basics of maintaining a pet environment. In terms of availability, starting April 16th, I expect to work full time in office Monday through Friday (with early dismissal on Fridays) and I’ll be available on Friday evenings and throughout the weekends. About: Hi! I'm Janis—a current college student on a gap semester, excited to meet your pet(s)! I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was young—dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish—you name it! Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs— from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as large breeds like Pit Bulls, Samoyeds, and Labradors. I am open to making exceptions for some large breeds depending on their behavior and after a meet-and-greet. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I gained experience walking and handling anxious dogs. My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant has given me strong familiarity with handling medications, special diets, and injury care. I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following specific care instructions to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. I’m very responsive and make sure pet parents always feel connected by sending frequent photo and video updates. I’m able to spend most of the day with them, with exceptions for errands, but they will never be left alone, as I live with family. I provide at least 2–3 walks or potty breaks per day, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pet’s needs and routine. I also accept last-minute bookings whenever possible! I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication at all times. I’m primarily based in Brooklyn, where I live in a house with a fenced front yard and provide most of my pet care services. I also occasionally stay at a second home in Pasadena, Maryland with a large fenced backyard and offer care locally there when I’m in the area. I do not transport pets between locations– services are always provided in one consistent environment to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. During walks, I take a cautious approach by starting in quieter areas with minimal traffic to help pets feel secure, especially in new environments. I always pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. I live with my family, so pets will never be left alone if I had to run out, and I always communicate this clearly with owners ahead of time. I currently don’t have other pets in my Brooklyn home aside from fish, which allows me to give your pet my full attention. I can also follow instructions like crating or separating pets if needed.

About: I have formally worked at a dog boarding kennel for 3 years where I handle up to 30 dogs in a yard at a time, making sure they all get along and receive ample amounts of love! Through my job I have gained lots of experience with reading dog behavior/body language as well as making sure all their mental and physical needs are met. I have experience working with dogs of all ages and sizes and feel comfortable taking care of almost any dog I meet. I held responsibilities in caring for my 2 family dogs growing up. Since then I've also looked after neighbors and friends dogs numerous times, taking care of things like potty breaks, baths, meal times, and daily medications. Im currently an interning at Maggy London 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) from 9-6pm. However, I am available any other time of the day or week. Unfortunately I am living in student housing that does not allow pets in the building. However there are plenty of nearby parks within 5-10 minutes walking distance from my apartment.

About: Hi there! I’ve always been surrounded by friends’ dogs (and other pets!) growing up. I remember learning how to walk, bathe and understand their dogs in elementary school and always begging my parents to have a fur baby of our own. I’ve learned a great deal through their personal journeys and am looking to have a dog of my own in the future! Your pet will be greatly loved, respected, and safe while you’re away without worry. And of course, updates and photos are guaranteed! I’m greatly detail oriented, meticulous and compassionate about all furry friends. I hope to love them like they’re my own. I work full time remote so I’ll be home fully during the week to care for your furry companion. I’m super transparent on when I’ll need to step out during weekends for commitments or errands and will let you know ahead of time. Despite being fully flexible, I would only accept boarding of dogs without any intense separation anxiety that may result in accidents in the home or continuous barking that would invoke noise complaints in my apartment building. For a suitable match, I would only board dogs that can be alone for minimum 4-5 hours. If they can only tolerate being alone <4 hours, we won’t be a great fit! I thank you ahead of time for your understanding and I’m always open for a chat if we want to talk more details! My apartment is an elevator and pet friendly building and we have a rooftop for fresh air and space. I live with my partner, no pets and with occasional friends that may visit (if your pet is okay with this)! There are parks nearby for long or short walks as well. My space is kept clean and neat at all times too! I never use harsh cleaning products in my home and I also don’t have any plants that may harm pets as well.
