Jacquelyne was wonderful to work with. She is very sweet, always arrived on time, and give extra time during walks, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, and I felt my dog was in great hands. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Jackey enough. She is truly wonderful, kind, and so thoughtful. She sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She was always responsive and communicative. Most importantly, she was incredibly sweet and patient with my cat, who isn’t the easiest and is currently going through a lot of changes in his life. It was clear she really cared about his comfort and emotional well-being, not just the basics. I came home to a calm, well-cared-for cat, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable animal person.

I met Jackie through work, we briefly worked together on the same team about 3 years ago and have since become best friends. She’s a very kind and compassionate person, she runs a bakery shop through etsy and Instagram on the side and regularly posts fundraisers for pet shelters and rescues around the holidays. She bakes marshmallows and cookies as a free gift for every donation, not getting anything in return for her efforts as she donates 100% of proceeds. She also monitors and posts adoption pages or rescues that are in need of emergency foster homes/adoptions. Which has inspired me to rescue a cat and she been a great resource to me as a new cat owner. Jackie has two cats that she rescued. She’s very nurturing and patient with them and is constantly sending me videos of her babies as they are her pride and joy. Her cats are very well cared for and very happy. She grew up with a family dog as well and worked through the process of safely introducing the dog to her family cats that she grew up with as well. When she lived with her family, she used to be a primary care giver for the dog as she used to work from home. She is more than capable of caring for dogs and helping them have stretch their legs for a walk or being a caring home for when they need a place to stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jackey as a compassionate, responsible, and deeply skilled caregiver for animals. As a devoted pet parent to two rescue cats (who live lives of absolute luxury, complete with tailored diets and endless affection), Jackey’s dedication to the animals in her care, both on a personal and volunteer basis, is unmatched. Her prior dog-walking experience and natural ability to connect with ALL animals (seriously, animals adore her), coupled with her trustworthiness, detail-oriented personality, and overflowing with love for animals, Jackey is an incredible caregiver and the ideal person to hire if you want someone who is both amazingly kind and incredibly qualified.

Jackey is passionate and caring toward animals, and professional in all her endeavors. Her work at a pet cafe in Brooklyn speaks to all of those qualities. Any pet in her care will receive the attention they need, whether for play or care of any kind. As somebody depending on her, you can expect timely and transparent responses too.
