“Returning to Yiqi because she was amazing the first time I left Popcorn with her. Popcorn was excited going back to her place. I love how much updates I get throughout the day about Popcorn - so I definitely felt reassured popcorn was doing great and having fun!”

“This is the first time I’ve had to leave my dog with a boarder and I’m happy to say she had a great time! Ziwei was super communicative and sent multiple photos everyday. I could see that Momo was getting along well with Ziwei’s dogs and her family so that made me feel relieved. Momo was also able to sleep in bed with Ziwei or her children! Would definitely board Momo with Ziwei again in the future. Thanks so much Ziwei!”

“We wanted to find a sitter in our neighborhood for when we are away. Jane was amazing and took in Siuy as though she was hers. I received constant communications and photos and loved how Siuy and Fancy zoomied with each other. My hope is that Jane would be willing to look after Siuy the next time we are away. I don’t think I can trust another sitter!”

“Lina was excellent and a definitely recommend her. I left 2 cats with her for around 2 weeks. She kept me posted with frequent pics of my cats and I had absolutely no issues getting in touch with Lina. The cats were well taken care of and I am glad I trusted her with my feline friends.”

“Excellent with my senior dog! Was super good at communicating and made me feel calm while I was away a work trip. Kitty was well organized and knew how to handle all of my dogs needs.”

“Pamela is the most wonderful sitter we've had for our sweet girl Pancake. Her and her daughters are amazing hosts and I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again!”

“Patricia and her son were amazing hosts to Burberry! They took such great care of him during his stay and Patricia asked many questions about his diet, how he sleeps, etc... which showed me she really went above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great host for their pet to choose Patricia!”

“Meg was wonderful and took excellent care of our (sometimes grumpy!) dog, Bruno. She has extensive experience with animals of all temperaments, was consistently responsive to messages, and proactively sent daily updates. While we were away, we had abundant peace of mind that Bruno was doing well and in caring hands. Most tellingly, when Meg dropped him off, Bruno was more interested in sniffing her and her car rather than saying hi to us, which to us epitomizes how great of a time he had in Meg’s care. She was very accommodating, generally as well as with drop off / pick-up, understanding of Bruno’s odd tendencies, and happy to indulge his absolute obsession with fetch. We will certainly be reaching out again in the future when we next need someone to look after our pup.”

“Emerald was absolutely wonderful! She was communicative, sent me so many cute photos and videos, flexible with drop-off and pick-up, and so easy to work with. She has a dog park in her building ,which is amazing, My dog Joy had the best time. Being a dog mom herself, you can tell she truly gets it, and I trusted her with Joy 100%. I highly recommend her to any pet parent. Thanks Emerald, Joy misses you already, I can tell!”

“Michael watched our dog June for one night in preparation for a longer stay and was very communicative and helpful! We’re looking forward to having June stay with him again.”

“My dog has never been so happy to see a stranger! She immediately connected with Teraesa who provided videos and pics of Jazzy throughout her stay, showing how much fun she was having. I would definitely book again! Thanks Teraesa for taking care of my princess!”

“This is my 2nd time having my baby Bandit stay in her home. Sam is very helpful and she sends me a daily update. I always feel her love and care for my baby Bandit. Highly recommended!”

“Daisy had another great stay with Rachel. She played with Teddy in the backyard with all the snow - it was very cute. Always sends photo updates. Highly recommended”

“Kecia is a very caring person . She took very good care of my 2 years and 2month old fur Baby. Send me pics everyday to let me know he was good and I loved that .”

“Anton was such a fantastic and attentive sitter. From the moment of my initial message he was super responsive in confirming and offered a video call to introduce his wife, his space, what to expect, and was proactive in learning as much about my pup as possible ahead of the booking. Drop off was easy and amiable, and Mylo seemed immediately comfortable which set the tone for the rest of his stay. I appreciated the daily updates and photos, and give Anton special praise for going above and beyond to make sure my dog was not only watched, but stimulated and cared for with outdoor fun and lots of affection. We hope to book again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him! :)”

“Doris was very informative with lots of daily updates and photos. Responds in a timely fashion and was very friendly. Kobe has a new friend and will use her again”

“Rachel and Ruth-Ann took great care of my dog Teddy while I was away! He has high separation anxiety but Rachel and Ruth-Ann were super attentive and made sure he felt safe and comfy. Plus they gave daily updates/pictures! I will absolutely call them again.”

“Elizabeth and her mom took excellent care of our Italian greyhound while we were away for a week. She’s a great communicator, and our dog was so relaxed and happy when we picked him up.”

About: Hi! I'm Janis—a current college student on a gap semester, excited to meet your pet(s)! I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was young—dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish—you name it! Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs— from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as large breeds like Pit Bulls, Samoyeds, and Labradors. I am open to making exceptions for some large breeds depending on their behavior and after a meet-and-greet. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I gained experience walking and handling anxious dogs. My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant has given me strong familiarity with handling medications, special diets, and injury care. I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following specific care instructions to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. I’m very responsive and make sure pet parents always feel connected by sending frequent photo and video updates. I take time to understand each pet’s personality and bond with them through the activities they enjoy most. I’m currently on a gap semester, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m able to spend most of the day with them, with exceptions for errands, but they will never be left alone, as I live with family. I provide at least 2–3 walks or potty breaks per day, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pet’s needs and routine. I also accept last-minute bookings whenever possible! I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication at all times. I’m primarily based in Brooklyn, where I live in a house with a fenced front yard and provide most of my pet care services. I also occasionally stay at a second home in Pasadena, Maryland with a large fenced backyard and offer care locally there when I’m in the area. I do not transport pets between locations– services are always provided in one consistent environment to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. During walks, I take a cautious approach by starting in quieter areas with minimal traffic to help pets feel secure, especially in new environments. I always pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. I live with my family, so pets will never be left alone if I had to run out, and I always communicate this clearly with owners ahead of time. I currently don’t have other pets in my Brooklyn home aside from fish, which allows me to give your pet my full attention. I can also follow instructions like crating or separating pets if needed.

“Yana was fantastic with our two cats! She was very caring and attentive and sent us updates about anything we might want to know about - and also cute cat photos. She even took notice that our automatic feeder wasn't working and reset it for us. I would definitely recommend her.”

“I can’t recommend Jackey enough. She is truly wonderful, kind, and so thoughtful. She sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She was always responsive and communicative. Most importantly, she was incredibly sweet and patient with my cat, who isn’t the easiest and is currently going through a lot of changes in his life. It was clear she really cared about his comfort and emotional well-being, not just the basics. I came home to a calm, well-cared-for cat, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable animal person.”

“We are so lucky to have had Maria to look after our cats during our vacation. She was super attentive and spot on with communication. I really appreciated the daily update, as we missed our cats dearly while we were away. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience.”

About: *I only take one pet at a time for boarding and day care (two if they are in the same family). For additional pets, please inquire. My rates are firm and reflect the level of care I will provide* I know the feeling of never wanting to leave your fur baby behind. Wherever I went, if I couldn’t take my pets with me, then I would rather not go at all. But sometimes when work calls or when you simply need a little “me” time, we need help from someone we can trust to love and care for our pets while we’re away. I would love to be that person for you! My pet care experience comes from working at and caring for shelter animals, caring for stray cats, fostering cats and dogs, and loving my own beloved pets (My two dogs that have since passed - Terri, 18, Maple, 12, and cat - August, 4). I’m fear-free certified and have extensive experience caring for senior dogs and pets with special needs (especially cushings, CHF, CCD). I can help with giving oral medications and am open to assisting with other needs if you’re willing to teach. If your pet knows any commands or is in training, I’m happy to help reinforce their skills too (just let me know!). In addition to my experience above, I was also featured on NY1’s New Yorker of the week segment for my volunteer work at Animal Haven, an animal shelter based in Manhattan. My home is super senior-dog friendly with rugs all around the house so your pups don’t slip, pet oxygen for emergencies, plus strollers for pets with special needs. I work remote and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I offer pet day care, house sitting, and boarding. Please see my calendar for availability. HOUSE SITTING - overnight stays in your home DROP INS - 30 minutes and I’ll do whatever is needed in that time. This could be a combination of feeding, meds, walking, indoor playtime, etc. WALKS - 30 minutes, strictly outdoors walking, ideal for high-energy, active dogs. BOARDING - Your dog stays overnight at my place. I do a minimum of 2-4 walks a day, depending on your dogs needs. Owners must provide food for their pets, but I can also accommodate for an added fee of $5 per day (includes treats/meals). Please ask about food options and provide allergy info + food preferences if interested in that service. DAY CARE - Drop off for day care is between 7-9am and pick up is between 4-6pm. I will love and care for your pet the way you do for them. I treat every animal I care for like family, providing patience, space, and extra attention as needed. I’m super safety conscious and keen on details, so if there are any particular habits, routines, or schedules you’d like me to follow, if your pet is trained or undergoing training and there’s anything you want me to reinforce, or if your pet has special needs and requires special care, please reach out to me with those details. I am always willing and more than happy to work with you to make sure they are cared for and to give you peace of mind. Rest assured, you’ll be getting plenty of updates and photos from me!

“Shariyf was great! Kind, responsive, and considerate from start to finish. We came home to two very happy cats. (Shariyf had even carried a few large packages that came in our absence up to our walk-up, which was way above and beyond the call of duty.) Thanks for everything, Shariyf!”

In addition to looking after my own cats, I’ve cared for my friends’ and my daughters’ cats whenever they needed help. “Alex was great with my male Bernese Mountain Dog weighing 130 pounds. He handled my dog confidently and calmly, which is especially important given his size. We live in a densely populated area, and Alex did an excellent job managing walks safely and responsibly around people and distractions. I felt very comfortable trusting him with my dog and would absolutely recommend him to anyone with a large breed.”

About: Hi all! I am crazy about all dogs and am the proud pawrent to two adopted furbabies. One male, pocket pitmix, 6 and one female, chihuahua mix, 4. Both are fixed and friendly. To prevent an intervention of being the owner of way too many dogs to be socially acceptable, I’m opting to be a Rover walker and sitter instead. I am looking to make your dog extra comfortable by having dates where we can walk, play, have treat times, and take selfies. :) Happy to oblige with requests medical/dietary needs, dog park visits, sing alongs, etc. Very flexible with traveling and breeds to house-sit. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and in the bed. Have had dogs of various sizes and breeds (poodle, chihuahua, German Shepherd, cocker spaniel, currently pocket Pit mix) in the past, and am comfortable with any best friend of yours!
“Angela did a great job! She was very kind and easy to communicate with. The walk went smoothly, and everything was handled well. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to book again.”

About: When I was a child my family owned and cared for dogs, horses, bunnies, and chickens which meant I became an animal caretaker at a very young age. In addition to helping to feed, groom, and clean up after our pets, I was aIso responsible for administering our dog’s daily diabetes insulin. My childhood prepared me well for becoming a dog mom to a longhaired dapple Dachshund in early 2021. I cannot imagine my life without him and cannot wait for your furbaby to become his furbuddy! I'm also the proud owner of Boogs & Boop, a small business specializing in pet accessories, with a portion of proceeds donated to supporting animal shelters and dogs in need. This commitment reflects my deep passion for caring for dogs and their well being. I work full time from home, so Dog Mom is my 24/7 job title. I am conveniently located near a park so go on at least two walks a day, weather permitting. DAYCARE CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: 1. Daycare refers to drop off between 8-9am and 5-6pm, a 8-hour period. 2. Pick-up and drop-off times for Daycare must be scheduled in advance through direct message. 2. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will be charged an additional $5 per 30 minutes that you are late. Late arrivals risk interfering with other appointments, so this fee helps to accommodate that change. 3. Drop offs before 8am are subject to an Early Drop-off Fee of $10 per hour. 4. Pick up after 6pm are subject to a Late Pick-up Fee of $10 per hour. 5. Pick up after 9pm is considered boarding which is subject to double my Daycare rate. HOUSE-SITTING CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: During house sits, I typically continue my normal schedule with other pet care clients (walks, drop-ins, etc.), so I may be out of the home for portions of the day. If your pet requires near-constant or 24/7 care, please let me know in advance. I may be able to accommodate, but this would require adjustments for my own dog and existing clients and may involve an additional fee. I care for pets in my home since I also have my furbaby to attend to. This means there’s always healthy treats, pee pads, dog wipes, and pet first aid products on hand. I understand that being away from your furbaby can be nerve-wracking, but you can rest assured that I will provide clear communication and photo updates when your pet is in my care. I do not have an attached yard, but the park is a hop, skip, and a jump away, so it’s easy to take potty breaks whenever necessary. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Please arrive with your pet on a leash. I am a strong advocate for pet safety and leash laws. 2. Due to Covid-19 precautions, I do not allow guests into my home, but would be happy to meet you downstairs at drop-off and pick-up times. 3. I will ALWAYS send photos throughout the appointment, even if not directly requested. INCLEMENT WEATHER DISCLAIMER: I take all weather advisories seriously. When the heat index is above 90°F degrees or windchill is below 20°F walks will be cut short for your pet's safety and for my own. Walks will consist of “doing their business” then returning indoors. Regular service is maintained in the rain, but will be postponed due to thunder, lightning, or blizzards. Walks may be early or delayed depending on the forecast. I will always communicate with dog owners if a change of plan is necessary due to dangerous weather and temperatures. Thank you for your understanding.
“Jacquelyne was wonderful to work with. She is very sweet, always arrived on time, and give extra time during walks, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, and I felt my dog was in great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Kadeisha has been our dog walker for a couple of months and she has been great with our girl, Fairy. She is very reliable. I highly recommend Kadeisha.”

About: I have been caring for my own dog since I was 13 years old. I handled his daily walks, baths, feeding schedule, and medications whenever he needed them. This experience taught me responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. If you're concerned about pulling or tugging during walks, I regularly go to the gym and am confident handling dogs that are energetic or strong. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am currently out of school until the end of August, which gives me a flexible schedule and full-time availability for pet care. I set aside time during the week to stay active at the gym, but I am otherwise available and able to plan my schedule around each pet's needs. I am committed to providing reliable care, exercise, attention, and companionship for every dog I look after. When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also follow any special instructions, including medications, dietary needs, or preferred routines. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment where pets feel cared for and owners can have peace of mind.

About: I've been around dogs since I was a baby. Everyone in my family has had multiple dogs throughout my life, including me. I have experience walking, feeding and taking overall care of all dogs in my family. I'm currently unemployed and looking for a job at a Vet clinic to get more experience in the field! I will be attending school to become a Vet Tech in the spring. I do have a puppy of my own that I need to take time out of the day to be with but I am readily available most of the time and can do multiple drop-ins / walks throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby safe. I can also crate your dog or section off a part of the house for them if needed :)
About: I have formally worked at a dog boarding kennel for 3 years where I handle up to 30 dogs in a yard at a time, making sure they all get along and receive ample amounts of love! Through my job I have gained lots of experience with reading dog behavior/body language as well as making sure all their mental and physical needs are met. I have experience working with dogs of all ages and sizes and feel comfortable taking care of almost any dog I meet. I held responsibilities in caring for my 2 family dogs growing up. Since then I've also looked after neighbors and friends dogs numerous times, taking care of things like potty breaks, baths, meal times, and daily medications. Im currently an interning at Maggy London 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) from 9-6pm. However, I am available any other time of the day or week. Unfortunately I am living in student housing that does not allow pets in the building. However there are plenty of nearby parks within 5-10 minutes walking distance from my apartment.
About: I have over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior pets, and animals that need extra attention or patience. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment and always follow the pet’s routine closely (feeding, walking, medication if needed). I’m attentive to behavior changes and make sure pets feel secure and loved while their owners are away. I also provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you always know your pet is in good hands. I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to your pet’s needs. I’m available on weekdays and weekends, including mornings and evenings. Since I manage my time independently, I can provide consistent care, walks, check-ins, or extended stays depending on what your pet requires. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I make sure the environment is clean, calm, and secure, and I always follow any specific instructions you provide. I pay close attention to details like food routines, allergies, behavior, and safety during walks. I never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations and always ensure they feel relaxed and cared for. I treat every pet as if it were my own—with patience, respect, and genuine care.
About: Hi! I’m Sophie, I'm 28, and I'm someone who genuinely enjoys spending time outdoors and being around animals. While I’m relatively new to pet care, I’m eager, attentive, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I stay active and go on daily walks (usually about an hour), so I’m especially excited about opportunities to walk dogs and keep them engaged. I’ve had some hands-on experience walking a friend’s dog, and I’ve really enjoyed building that routine and connection. I also have a small goldfish tank at home, so I’m familiar with the basics of maintaining a pet environment. In terms of availability, starting April 16th, I expect to work full time in office Monday through Friday (with early dismissal on Fridays) and I’ll be available on Friday evenings and throughout the weekends. I would be comfortable offering services for dog walking and making drop-in visits. I would like getting to know your pet's routines and what would be expected from me.

“Returning to Yiqi because she was amazing the first time I left Popcorn with her. Popcorn was excited going back to her place. I love how much updates I get throughout the day about Popcorn - so I definitely felt reassured popcorn was doing great and having fun!”

“Eroxis was so sweet with our cat while we were away for the holidays. He had recently been diagnosed with diabetes, which was a big change for us, so we found ourselves looking for a boarder on short notice. She had no problems giving him his insulin shots and kept us updated on all of his fun times.”

“Erica provides amazing love and space for your pet. She communicates constantly with you and absolutely gives you and your pet a feeling of “home away from home “”
“Renzo was fantastic! This was the first time that I used Rover and I was a little bit of a nervous mom, but Renzo was awesome and out my mind at ease. He made the drop off and pick up very ease and was immediately a natural with Chico. He sent so many pictures and updates to put our minds at ease. He spoiled Chico and even took him on field trips during his stay! Thanks again for a great stay!”

“Erica was amazing with my girl Sweet Potato! She was super responsive when I needed a sitter in a pinch, and was communicative throughout her week-long boarding, putting me at ease throughout. I will definitely request Erica to take great care of my kid in the future.”

“Gavriel took amazing care of my dog for 5 days, and I couldn’t be happier. From the start, communication was clear and reassuring. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. My dog came back happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely trust Gavriel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“Joseph was absolutely wonderful with Eden during her boarding stay. He was flexible, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much he included Eden in his daily life—he took her along on outings and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. He also sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the pictures that Eden was having a great time and was very comfortable with him. Eden genuinely seemed to love spending time with Joseph, which says a lot. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would not hesitate to book with Joseph again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter.”
