“Can’t say enough wonderful things about Joelle! My family is in the process of moving and have never boarded our cats before. We needed almost two weeks of boarding and I was so nervous and worried for them. I was picturing them being in a boarded facility with multiple other cats in a small cage all day long. Quite the opposite once I found Rover & then Joelle! She was a true gift. She provided an entire room for my two cats (9 and 3 years old) to room, find comfort, play in, and run around. She had cat toys, kitty castle, litterbox, Activity toys and more. She texted me updated & photos every day which was sooooo comforting and such a relief! It was amazing seeing my more reserved (initially) older cat warm up each day until he was full on cuddling on her by the end. They all became the best of friends and both cats were so happy and loved on. Honestly got more attention from Joelle than we were able to when packing so I felt so comforted. Like grandkids going to visit the grandchildren and having a blast! Will be having her watch them again when the need arises. Thank you, thank you, thank you and HIGHLY recommend Joelle for the care and comfort you want your furry loved ones to have!”
