We have cared for pups for many years. We lost our two pups in 2022 who we've raised since they were 3 months old. It brings us comfort to know that we gave them rich, fulfilling lives. To honor their memories, we volunteer and foster with the local animal shelter and pet sit when possible. We currently have a 6 year old, 10lb Maltese/Shitzsu name Penny who we adore. She loves playing with other pups!

Sterling & Mitien were great dog sitters. Our dog is somewhat high maintenance and they handled everything perfectly. They sent us pictures and videos and checked in with us daily, which was nice. We will definitely use them again.
Sterling & Mitien were amazing!! They took Ziggy last minute and treated him like he was their own! They walked him every day and have a big yard for him to play in. They sent pictures and made me feel better when I missed my dog so much!

Schedule
I work at Emory and my wife is currently a stay at home mom to our 2 children. Due to this flexibility, we are able to be afforded a lot of time to care for your pets. We walk 2-3x's daily around the neighborhood (1-2 mile routes) and never double book (unless they're siblings) to ensure that the time we have with your pet is dedicated for them.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced-in yard on a half acre lot so your pet will have plenty of room to stretch their legs and get their wiggles out. We can commit to taking them out to potty every 2-4hrs during the day. We have experience with both crate trained pups and free range pups so long as they are non destructive when left out. We are also comfortable using healthier treats (such as rotisserie chicken) to reinforce good behaviors. We have toys, blankets, a bed, and large metal crate in our home should your pup need them. We typically take 1-2 walks daily, averaging 1-2 miles per walk - so your pet will have ample opportunity to enjoy new sights and smells during their stay with us.

A typical day
There are many activities that we can do with your pups. We could take them hiking at our local park, we could walk 1-2 miles around the neighborhood, or we can let them frolic to their heart's content in our fully fenced in yard on a half acre lot. We pride ourselves on only watching one visitor (and their sibling) so rest assured that your pup will have our undivided attention during their stay with us. We do have a sweet 5 year old Malshi name Penny who enjoys having playmates!

- Please let us know if their are any special diets or medications your pup may need during their stay with us. As healthcare professionals, we are comfortable administering many types of meds. If you have a puppy that requires a bit of positive reinforcement, we are comfortable collaborating on a game plan for them during their stay.
