About: I genuinely love animals and have experience caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, guinea pigs, and other small animals. About: I provide a safer and more relaxing experience for your pets — as well as a more worry-free time for you — than you'll find with many sitters and kennels who intermingle pets from different families. That practice unavoidably creates unpredictability and risk, which I eliminate by giving your pets their own private room. And since I only host a maximum of 4 clients at a time, I'm able to offer a level of loving attention and individualized care that isn't possible at large operations. I'm the guy you see at parties, in the corner talking to the dog or cat. I'm mature, responsible, and nice and I've had pets all my life. In fact, it's because of the many times I've faced the tricky and nerve-wracking challenge of finding great accommodations for all my own animals that I decided to offer this service to other pet lovers. I've worked as a boarder at 2 vet clinics. I've also got tons of experience caring for my own pets and those of friends and family, as well as countless strays and fosters. When your little ones are with me, you can truly and comfortably enjoy your time away, knowing my mission is to keep them very safe and happy. 🥰 A DEDICATED CARETAKER I don't go away to an office job, so I'm almost always home and free to build my schedule around serving my pet-guests, who are treated as if they were my own. 💬 GREAT COMMUNICATION You'll get photos, videos, and updates! I want you to have peace of mind while you're away from your critters. 🏡🌳 A PARK-LIKE PROPERTY (see photos 🌺) We have a massive yard, with a large pond, a sidewalk all around it, and even an island accessed by a bridge. All of this is inside our fence, and this is where I'll be walking your dog(s), which, of course, is safer and more secure than walking them out on the streets. I also built a secure 100ft cable run with locking carabiners, which is available to dogs for extended (supervised) outside time, upon request. 🐶🐱 A PRIVATE SPACE JUST FOR YOUR PETS Your pets will never have to mix with unknown and unfamiliar animals, so you'll never have to worry over a risk of stressful interactions or dangerous altercations with strange dogs or cats. I carefully maintain several entirely separate zones... • Critter Den 1 — A single family of dogs gets this big, fun room to themselves. It's the biggest section of our basement, which I've converted into a pet haven. There's a comfy loveseat, a beanbag chair, dog beds, a dog house, rugs, blankets, and toys. • Critter Den 2 — Another large, private room in our converted basement. It's got a comfy chair, a small couch, dog beds, rugs, blankets, and toys. • Critter Den 3 — A cozy, private room with a beanbag chair, doggy beds, blankets, rugs, and toys. My quietest space, it's perfect for seniors, puppies, or generally laid-back dogs. • The Littles Lounge — One family of cats and/or smaller dogs (or a big dog of a certain disposition) can have our guest room, which I've turned into a fun retreat. Pets will enjoy a floor-to-ceiling custom cat tree, watching windows, a couch, pet beds, cat houses, toys, rugs, scratchers, and a litter box. • Main House — Our own pets live in a different section of the house and will always be kept completely separate from yours. So, from your pets' perspective, it'll be as if they're the only animals here! 🔐 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Each guest is equipped with a special QR Code tag, just in case. If scanned on any smart phone, your pet's details and my contact info will be displayed, and I'll get an alert with their GPS location. 🐰🐷🐭🦊 A HARDCORE ANIMAL LOVER 🐴🐮🐥🐟 I'm vegan, which I mention only because it's an indication that my life is largely focused on keeping all animals safe and happy, and this same philosophy will drive the way I treat yours. ❗️ EMERGENCY PLAN If a medical emergency arises, I'll take your pet(s) to The Village Vets 24-Hour Emergency, which is only 5.7 miles away, and keep you well informed.

About: I’m an experienced dog owner with two huskies of my own, and previously I had a Jack-Russel terrier I took on lots of walks, so I understand high-energy breeds, strong personalities, and the importance of structure, routine, and exercise. I have a 6 foot fence, that my huskies cannot jump, so if you have a dog that likes to jump, my fence can probably keep them contained in my backyard for their safety. I’m comfortable handling energetic dogs, leash manners, and dogs that need consistent exercise to stay happy and calm. Walks are never rushed—I tailor them to each dog’s energy level, weather conditions, and comfort. I also pay close attention to hydration, behavior cues, and overall well-being. Your dog will receive individual attention, affection, and calm supervision in a home environment. I take pet safety seriously and follow owner instructions closely, including feeding routines, medication schedules (if applicable), and house rules. I am also a mom to two humans, 7 years old and an older baby. I am a stay at home mom, so my schedule is very flexible for dog walking or drop-ins, but I may have my baby in stroller with me for walks, please let me know if that’s not ok. I recently quit my job at the CDC, I was a biologist, to spend time with my girls during their formative years. As long as you don’t mind me bringing my baby to walk alongside your dog in my stroller, I can walk your dog anytime of day during the week or weekends. I have a 6 foot tall, fenced-in backyard, so I am ideal boarding spot for high energy dogs. I have a 6 foot tall, fenced in backyard and 2 sweet husky ladies to keep your dog company in doors. I can crate your dog in my house if needed. I believe clear communication is key, so I provide updates, photos, and honest feedback during each booking. About: I’m a huge dog lover, there isn’t much that I’m more passionate about than dogs. I come from a big dog loving family. I’ve been a dog owner most of my life. Since I was about 8 I would study and research all I could about dogs and I’ve even trained pretty much every family dog we’ve. It was mostly the basics and cool tricks. Even til this day I enjoy teaching my pup new fun tricks I pretty much have open availability on weekends. I work through the week but I’m willing to help out with the pups through the week as well My pup has free roam in my house. Only place off limits is the kitchen but I like for her to be comfortable . My pup is crate trained but I allow her to stay out if I’ll only be gone for a few hours. About: I’ve owned and raised around 6 cats throughout my life. About 3 dogs and almost all of them were rescue pets. I’ve indulged in both dog and house sitting, most of which were overnight jobs. I’ve tended to malnourished puppies where I’ve nursed them back to perfect health. All around most of my experiences were personal, such as growing up with pets but by the time I was a teenager, I indulged in house sitting, dog walking, etc. The most pets I’d say, I’ve taken care of all at once would be around 5 or 6. I’ve cared for a few reptile pets such as turtles and snakes but it has mostly been cats and dogs. For the first time in my adult life, I have my own beautiful pup. I live on a pier, in a floating home, so if you aren’t comfortable with that, we may consider sitting instead of boarding. It’s a nice, calm environment for all. I’m not picky so if the pet wants to sleep in the bed that’s fine by me!
