Dogs sit anywhere!

I've rescued and cared for dogs of various breeds, ages and sizes in my home for over 10 years. What initially began as favors for friends has finally became a full time passion. My pack and I have worked with anxious dogs, aggressive dogs, puppies, senior pups, and administered medication to sick pups. We go on walks and field trips to the park. Our pups sit on ALL of the furniture and sleep in the big bedroom with the human. Our house is a dog's house! I work parrt - time away from home about 15 hours per week. We wake up early, go for a walk, have our first of two meals for the day, then play in the yard or lounge around the house. We go for another walk in the evening before dinner. Several times a week we visit the local dog park. Pups have free access to the fenced in backyard via doggy door until bedtime. (a tie out is available for escape artists!) Pups that are house trained will have free access to roam the house. Pups that are NOT house trained will get frequent yard time but will be crated when they are inside. Pups will be fed according to their home schedule and will only be given the food and snacks that are provided by their pack leader. Pups with a history of aggression will require a temperament test prior to boarding. Pups will have access to several crates of varying sizes for those who may require their own space due to illness, anxiety, or aggression.

Erin continues to be the absolute best dog sitter for my blue heeler, Rita! She is always so helpful and flexible when coordinating pick up/drop offs and I can tell that she gives my dog the absolute best care while I’m away. She gives me total peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend more!

Erin sent me many photos and videos of my dog, and Mimi was clearly calm and contented in every one of them. I am grateful to Erin for allowing me to feel so comfortable having left her there!

A typical day

We wake up early and go for a walk around the neighborhood then return home for the 1st of 2 meals for the day. While we're home we can play games in the backyard or lounge on one of multiple dog beds available around the house. We love exploring Pine Lake and the local dog parks in the area as well.
