About: Hello, we are Mark & Natalie! We are an engaged couple that has over 5 years of petsitting experience! Our adventurous nature has taken us on petsits not only across the country, but across the world! We have done over 30 petsits across the UK & Europe, as well as sits in Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, California, Oregon and of course Tennessee! We pride ourselves in giving expert-level care modeled to each individual pet. Our past sits have praised us for our attention to detail, adherence to instruction, prompt communication and cleanliness! We both work either part-time or remote jobs, so it is very easy to make sure at least one of us is on the house most times. If we have ever planned to be gone for a few hours in previous sits, we would always make sure to leave treats and toys for the pets, according to the pet owners instructions. We have happily accommodated pets in the past and scheduled days around coming back for potty breaks and feeding times. If there is ever a time where we are both out, we always make sure to schedule out time accordingly. We have always taken great care of our clients homes. Our previous reviews have left glowing remarks about our cleanliness. WE strive to leave a petsit as we found it. If we have time, we make the bed we stayed in up, but at the very least we try to get sheets in the washer/dryer. We do a deep clean of kitchens on our way out, arrange the appliances and silverware as we found it and remove all of our stuff. We do the basic sweep, swiffer/mop, clean the bathroom, etc. We always respect the privacy of our client and we do not snoop around in any personal rooms or containers. If there is a need to look for things not easily available, we always ask first. We respect boundaries for appliances, dishes, electronics. If you do not wish for us to use something then we simply won't use it. We have watched over plants and gardens as well. While neither of us is a green-thumb, we follow instructions and routines for your plants to ensure that they stay healthy and alive. We are not party people. We have never used a clients space for a party or to invite guests over without previous discussion and permission granted. We do not drink and do not engage in the smoking of tobacco or recreational drugs.

Kirstie did an excellent job taking care of our two male cats while we were away last week. During the meet and greet she took careful notes, asked questions to clarify certain points, and provided honest feedback. She came across as mature and trustworthy and proved that she was. During our time away, she provided daily updates and photos and let us know when one of our cats was gone longer than she thought he would be. All turned out well. I would definitely use Kirstie again!
Natalie was amazing! We were super nervous with this being the first time having a stranger stay in our house and with Squirrel, but she was so great and communicative! She sent us many updates, kept our home in the tidiest shape, and, most importantly, she gave Squirrel the best care and love. Would 1000% use her again and recommend her to anyone!

Wanda did an amazing job getting my wary cats to warm up to her.....a true cat whisperer! She kept me informed of any issues (one of the cats threw up and the other one had a GI issue).
