About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, our home always seemed like a mini farm—we had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, and rabbits. I’ve had dogs in my life since I was about three years old and have always loved caring for and spending time with animals. About: Hey there! I’m a mom of five chihuahuas, some of which are special needs. I’m a hover mom and I understand what it’s like to be afraid to leave your babies with someone you don’t know. I also have over 10 fish tanks. To say I love animals is an understatement. I know if I was going away, I would want someone to treat my babies like they were their own and look after them with great compassion and attention to detail. I know how to administer medication on a schedule, as well as change diapers, handle birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians or rodents. I like detailed instructions and will follow them, because that’s how I’d want my babies cared for! I work 9-5 Monday through Friday in office, but I am able to leave flexibly for walking, lunch check ins, and before or after work hours. Because I have five dogs in my own home, I only sit in the owners home. I feel this helps keep the puppies or kitties comfortable in their own environment.

“Brigitte was absolutely INCREDIBLE with watching our 3 cats and our apartment for 16 days while we were away on our honeymoon!! One of our cats can be a finicky eater and have some digestion issues, but she did wonderfully while in Brigitte’s care. We got daily updates, if not multiple, of our fur babies and how they were doing, which they got plenty of pets, snuggles, and treats! Our last vacation we had a sitter come in once a day and I was constantly checking the our cat camera to make sure our cats were ok—with Brigitte there and how comfortable our communication was I didn’t check our cat cam ONCE our entire honeymoon! She really did put our minds at ease. We will definitely be coming back to Brigitte if we are ever looking for someone to watch our cats while we’re away!!”

About: Having someone you trust watch your pup is incredibly important. I provide a safe, structured environment for your pup to kick back, relax, play, get scratches and go on walks. My flat is clean, working a/c and my dog is an experienced medical service dog who provides a very calming environment for your pup! Daily : I work bartending at weekend events and various commitments around town, otherwise your dog will spend its time with Saint and I. Don't worry, I will take a lot of photos! Safety, trust & environment: I provide a safe, clean environment at my flat. I wash and disinfect all blankets, toys and hard surfaces between/during each pups stay. I keep first aid supplies on hand for immediate care: everything from hotspots, ear infections and abrasions. I require confirmation of vaccination and flea / tick preventative measures for each dog. I always discuss stay expectations and, when possible, walk through my flat with you, so you know with whom and where your BFF is staying. We do have three flights of stairs and your dog must be able to go up and down the steps.
