I'm happy to prioritize your pets attention and needs however you like. When staying the night with a family member's dogs, I'll wake up early to feed them and let them use the bathroom. She’s got a calm demeanor which matched perfectly for my old girl. She sent me an update midday with a couple pictures that eased my anxiety. “I wish I could leave 10 stars, Ladonna is my personal hero! We had to make an emergency change in dog sitters while we were states away, and Ladonna came to our rescue. After just leaving the house of a multi day dog sitting job, she saw my message and jumped into action. It can be overwhelming to receive home care instructions at the drop of a hat but she handled it very well and professionally. She was very comfortable and easy to work with. Even with an electrical problem causing all lights to go out, she picked up some lamps and solved the problem. Not to mention she gifted us the lamps! she stayed 2.5 hours later then she had originally agreed to, and with all of the stress of trying to find a new sitter for my dog I forgot to mention my cat so she arrived to an additional surprise and she handled it very well. in addition she kept me updated the whole time with pictures and was able to take care of everything seamlessly. Long story short I was a very last minute and difficult client and she had the most grace, kindness, and patience with me. I will now always reach out to Ladonna for my next dog sitting needs. AMAZING!! with a diabetic cat and high energy dog, it can be hard to find someone i can trust to watch them. but Skylar knocked it out of the park! great communication, sent pics every day, and was graciously even able to pop in one extra time while i had an airport emergency. i came home to a tidy house and happy pets, couldn’t recommend more!
