About: I’ve had my dog, Teddy, since I was about 7, and he’s a big bundle of fur. I’ve taken care of various cats/dogs for friends, neighbors, and family throughout the years. If your dog requires extra exercise, I am a college athlete who is happy to go on runs with them, as well as taking them to parks, etc. for extra playtime. If you have any specific requests, feel free to ask! During the summer, I’m free most of the time and have a very flexible schedule. I often have practice in the evenings, but other than that, I’m mostly free I’m happy to chill all day with you pets or exercise them multiple times a day depending on what they need. I have a dog and a cat myself (I live with my parents so taking care of them at the same time isn’t a concern), and know how to give animals LOTS of attention :)

I had the privilege of caring for my soul dog Charley (a mini schnauzer) for almost 10 years. During that time I learned so much about loving and caring for dogs — including giving daily subcutaneous fluids when he needed them. Because of him, I’m especially gentle and patient with senior dogs, but I also adore puppies and their endless energy! I’m very loving, attentive, and flexible with scheduling. “Cherish is exceptional. This was our first time using a service like this and leaving our two young, high energy cattle dog mixes with a sitter. Historically we do boarding with day care. Our dogs loved her. It was evident in the meet and greet and further emphasized in the numerous videos, pictures and updates we received throughout our six night vacation. The peace of mind versus boarding is unmatched. Charish is responsive, thoughtful and tidy. Our house looked better than we left it! “My husband and I had to go for a work related event for 4 days and had to find someone to take care of my two mini Aussies. I was very hesitant to leave them alone with someone else as we had never done it before and also my boys are very high energy dogs and they need a lot of exercise. Luckily, I found Justin and he worked very closely with me to ensure I was comfortable with leaving my boys by providing daycare service so my boys get comfortable being away from me for the day. When the time came for us to leave our boys, I provided instructions to Justin regarding their meal, walk etc. While we were away, he provided me regular updates, took my boys for walks, hikes and exposed them to other dogs, playtime. Let me tell you, they were VERY spoiled by Justin. He took care of their needs as if I would and more. Followed all the instructions to the T! About: I’ve lived in a multi-pet household ever since I was born which has included dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and at one time, a bird, so I feel very comfortable when working with pets! I spent a bit of time volunteering at Southeastern Guide Dogs looking after puppies who were training to become certified guide dogs. As a pet owner myself I understand the importance of building trust in those who care for our furry family. I will strive to ensure that your pets are not only cared for, but feel comfortable and safe in my care! I currently have a more open availability! I am open to taking care of furry family between the hours of 8:30am-8pm most days of the week except Thursdays. I understand that with animals it is important to build trust. I prefer to go at your pet’s pace and make sure they have what they need to feel comfortable around me. Following routines that they are comfortable with is key as well as letting your pet explore what they need to (sniffing, scoping out the scene).

About: I’ve been dog sitting for awhile, and I absolutely love forming bonds with animals! I’ll be able to provide my reference list if that makes you feel more comfortable! Hey guys! So my schedule is very flexible this summer. I am taking summer classes at UTC on Monday and Wednesday from around 9am-2pm!! I have my own dog, a 9 month old golden doodle, and he is my whole life! And with my schedule I am able to give him all the playtime and care he needs, and I’ll do the same for your animals!! I have a fenced in yard at my house that I let my baby run around it! I also take him on walks, to the dog park, and on hikes for him to get some fresh air! For your animal, I can fill whatever accommodations you need me to, whether that be walking the animal, putting him in the crate, or whatever else you may have in mind!
