About: I love gaining the trust of new furry friends! I have established long-term pet watching relationships with several families. I have a cat of my own and she is my best friend. I am a teacher so my daytime availability is limited. I am primarily available for afternoon walks and weekend visits/stays. I would love to set up a consistent dog walking routine with a client. I keep to myself! I am clean and nonintrusive when visiting another person's home. I hope to play with your puppies without disturbing your personal space.

About: I am a first year college student that grew up on a farm. We have a variety of animals including cats and dogs. I have been taking care of them my entire life. My grandmother frequently hires me to take care of her dog when she is away. I hope to explore Chattanooga while also spending time with pets. Since I am in college I cannot be at your home during class, but I have a lot of free time before and after class. Currently I have no other job so I can be very flexible. Unfortunately I cannot have pets in my apartment so I am unable to board animals. I have an active lifestyle and would be more than willing to take your pet on a walk or run. I would be able to spend the night at your home if you want me to. I love taking dogs on walks and caring for them in general. I love petting and giving attention to pets, but I can also recognize when they want to be left alone. I can bathe and clip nails of pets that are okay with it. My top priority is the safety and happiness of your pet, so I will not force them to do anything they are not comfortable with.

“Sophia is responsibility personified. My goofy standard poodle loves her. She's typically picks him up at my house and takes him to her dog friendly house where her family is around for extra cuddles. In the 4+ times she's cared for our dog, he is always thrilled to see her and readily goes with her barely bidding us goodbye. This from a dog who after covid isolation with his 4 humans, became terribly distressed every time his humans left. Sophia diligently gives him walks, treats and appropriate food. I love all the mid-walk or mid-snuggle "proof of life" photos as we miss our terribly dog when away. It is so comforting to know that he is so well cared for by Sophia. Sophia's clear communication and dog-loving soul gives us great peace when our attention craved boy needs a sitter.”
