About: I’m conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga and spent the last 10 years walking my doodle, Tilly, all around town. She recently passed and I’m hoping to fill this void by caring for other people’s dogs until I’m ready for a dog of my own again. I was recently part of a company layoff so my schedule is flexible to say the least while I search for my next full time opportunity. Whatever you need I can likely make work. I’m an incredibly prompt and communicative person who will respect your wishes when I’m caring for and walking your dog. I’ll show the same attention and care for your dog as I showed for mine. I have a few questions I’ll cover during our first introduction to ensure that your dog is comfortable and the transition to a stranger watching and walking them is seamless and consistent with your handling of them.

“Jordan did a great job covering daily walks for me with my little Havanese. Emmy is very spoiled but Jordan had her behaving so well on their walks. Would definitely call on Jordan next time I travel.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for both cats and dogs. I grew up with a Papillon and later a cat, and I spent many childhood days helping my grandma with pet-sitting visits. Since then, I’ve walked dogs, cleaned up accidents, and cared for pets in my home and others’. Pets seem to naturally gravitate toward me - my dad calls me a “pied piper” like my grandma. I’ve also lived with roommates’ cats and always stepped in to feed and care for them when needed (I even grabbed one before anything else during a fire evacuation). I’m reliable, attentive, and respectful of your space. I love playing, walking, cuddling, and making pets feel safe and loved. I show up when I say I will - and yes, I’m the friend who’s always early and carries snacks and Band-Aids. I’ll be as prepared for your furry children. I work remotely full-time. I am able to take care of your pets before and after work. With 24-48 hours of advanced notice, I am able to schedule a break during the day for a visit or walk. I’m always aware of where pets are when I’m entering and leaving homes. I grew up with a fenced in yard so I’ve always had the habit of making sure the fence was closed before letting our dog out. My dad drilled it into me that when walking dogs to make sure that I’m always on the outside and they’re farthest from any traffic. I will respect your space and follow any instructions that you provide.

“Awesome dog walker:) Super sweet and on-time!”

About: My family has always had dogs and cats that have lived long and healthy lives. My partner and I have one cat in our home who we’ve successfully trained at letting her know she gets special treats by sitting down and letting us put her collar on her. While we cannot have dogs in our current apartment, I have a lot of experience with dogs ranging from husky’s to Maltese (two dogs that my family currently has as pets). I am currently working on my dissertation which often results in me sitting and writing for hours. I use walks as mental breaks often and I’d love use that time to take a dog for a walk or offer a cat (and dog) some playing time. I have looked after my own dogs when they’re sick and need to be medicated. I also have no problems with duties like scooping the litter box or cleaning up after dogs during walks or accidents.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats running around my feet. I currently live around four cats and have been helping to care for neighbor's and friends' pets since I was 8 years old. I admire and respect animals and my goal is to make pets and their parents as comfortable as possible while apart. I have taken care of senior pets before and am comfortable giving medications with special instructions, especially with my experience in pursuing my B.S. in chemistry. I have been job searching for part time jobs in the area and am an active online tutor for my NC university. I will be creating my availability and booking reservations around each job I do. Since I do not have a fixed schedule yet, I am pretty flexible for new reservations. My priorities are always the safety and comfort of both the pets and their owners. I will follow the steps the owners regularly take and make sure to be gentle and patient with all parties, as being apart from each other can be stressful for many. I will always stay attentive to details, especially with monitoring any change in behavior of animals, checking all environments for safety, and maintaining care for your property.

“Justin was awesome with our 2 Pyrenees! He's very attentive and accommodating to their needs. So happy we have someone who can handle our big kids!”

About: I have an 11 year old rescue, so I’ve been through every stage of dog life. She’s technically an only child, but I sit for my friends’ dogs regularly, so she’s always excited for a new face. If your dog prefers human friends instead, I’m happy to take them for a hike, walk, run, whatever! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time for walks, snuggles, or trips to the park. With one dog already, it’s easy to fit another into my routine. I have an 11 year old mix that is happy to keep any visitors company. I have a small yard, so I prefer to take any dogs who stay with me on a walk around the neighborhood. I also live near enough to trails and parks that I can take them for more adventures too!

“Angela is wonderful! She is putting in so much time trying to get my fearful dog to warm up to her! She’s very patient & gentle. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hi, I’m Cat! Growing up in a family that always had pets, I developed a deep love and respect for animals from an early age. For nearly 14 wonderful years, I had the joy of caring for my own dog, who was a true member of my family. She has recently passed, and I've decided to offer my pet care services instead of getting another dog, allowing me to channel my love for animals into helping yours feel cared for and cherished. :) I’ll treat your fur babies as if they were my own, providing them with love, attention, and patience. I have experience with anxious pups, leash training, administering medication, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for all kinds of pets. As someone who works from home and sets my own schedule, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate your needs. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I’m here to help your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. Let’s chat about how I can help you and your furry family members! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine because I work from home and set my own schedule. This flexibility allows me to prioritize the needs of the pets I care for, whether it's scheduling walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I enjoy incorporating outdoor time with dogs into my day, as it’s a great way to stay active and bring joy to both the pets and myself. Caring for animals has always been a rewarding part of my life, and I’m happy to make it a regular part of my routine. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and loved. I make sure they have plenty of space to relax and play along with access to fresh water, food, and any other comforts they’re accustomed to. I also provide lots of attention, affection, and enrichment to help them feel at ease. I have a balcony at my apartment and a dog park at my complex and am happy to take your dog down for a romp or walk if staying for doggy daycare. I also only care for one pet at a time in my home so you'll be ensured they will get all the attention they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to maintain their routines as closely as possible to minimize stress. I ensure their needs are met, whether it’s feeding, walking, administering medication, or simply spending quality time with them. I treat their home with respect and provide regular updates to keep pet parents reassured. No matter where I care for them, my goal is to ensure that every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for.

About: Lucy is my springer spaniel, I'm sure if you live downtown you've seen us! When it comes to dog and puppy care I am very caring, detailed oriented, protective, type-A, and very active. As a dog mom myself I'm very observant and a good communicator, with that being said if I notice anything out of the ordinary I have no hesitation in notifying you. I am very trustworthy and follow instructions thoroughly which I know is very important for entering someone's home and trusting someone to care for your pet. Most of my experience so far has been raising my 8 month old springer spaniel. I'm very responsible and my day to day career is in counseling. Lastly I'm very fun and outgoing, so I try to make your pet comfortable and have a fun experience with me! I hope you will consider me to care and entertain your pet. I care for my dog daily- right now I am with her full time at home. I try to take her on as many walks as I can through out the day and try to plan around the weather. I'm very affectionate and playful; this aids in me being a good caregiver. I will be caring for your dog in your home/ environment. In doing so I will ask your expectations when it comes to caring for your pet and follow the instructions I receive thoroughly. I want to provide a safe and fun experience for your dog while also gaining and maintaining your trust. I have found as in my career as a counselor communication is key and I am an excellent communicator.

I’ve watched my friends’, family’s, and neighbor’s animals with great attention. I’ve taken care of service dogs, sick pets, disabled pets, and pets who need a lot of attention in addition to the more low-maintenance furry friends. My passion is to help all animals live their happiest and healthiest lives while their best friend’s are away. I am moving to Chattanooga at the end of August and would love to be a friend and companion to your pet. My schedule is very flexible, and I can easily prioritize your needs. I am happy to follow a strict routine for your pets. If they have a special diet, medication schedule, walking schedule, or play time, I will happily work with that. I know how important it is to have someone actually follow your requests, so feel free to call me or text me any time you want photos or videos of your pet while they’re in my care.
