About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for both cats and dogs. I grew up with a Papillon and later a cat, and I spent many childhood days helping my grandma with pet-sitting visits. Since then, I’ve walked dogs, cleaned up accidents, and cared for pets in my home and others’. Pets seem to naturally gravitate toward me - my dad calls me a “pied piper” like my grandma. I’ve also lived with roommates’ cats and always stepped in to feed and care for them when needed (I even grabbed one before anything else during a fire evacuation). I’m reliable, attentive, and respectful of your space. I love playing, walking, cuddling, and making pets feel safe and loved. I show up when I say I will - and yes, I’m the friend who’s always early and carries snacks and Band-Aids. I’ll be as prepared for your furry children. I work remotely full-time. I am able to take care of your pets before and after work. With 24-48 hours of advanced notice, I am able to schedule a break during the day for a visit or walk. I’m always aware of where pets are when I’m entering and leaving homes. I grew up with a fenced in yard so I’ve always had the habit of making sure the fence was closed before letting our dog out. My dad drilled it into me that when walking dogs to make sure that I’m always on the outside and they’re farthest from any traffic. I will respect your space and follow any instructions that you provide.

“Journey did awesome caring for my senior cat. She was willing to pick up a few extra visits just to keep Pepper company while we were away. Thank you!”

I make sure keep your pets on the same routine as they are use to make there times away from you as stress free as possible. I treat every one of my clients pets as if they were my own.

“Terri is reliable, follows instructions and caring. I felt confident leaving my pup in her care. Highly recommend her services!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was eight years old. Growing up, we always had animals as part of the family. I love cats and dogs and all animals: I have two cats of my own that are my babies :) I’ve been professionally pet sitting and dog walking all throughout my adult life. I started on Rover in Fall of 2024 and have loved every second of it— the connections and time spent with your fur babies :) I’m here to support you and your pet care needs! I am wide open for availability this summer, and can come morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight. I teach at UTC during the fall and spring semester. I always ask questions and provide updates as often as possible. I also love sending pictures to my clients so they can see their pets having fun and being cared for.

About: Hi, I’m Cat! Growing up in a family that always had pets, I developed a deep love and respect for animals from an early age. For nearly 14 wonderful years, I had the joy of caring for my own dog, who was a true member of my family. She has recently passed, and I've decided to offer my pet care services instead of getting another dog, allowing me to channel my love for animals into helping yours feel cared for and cherished. :) I’ll treat your fur babies as if they were my own, providing them with love, attention, and patience. I have experience with anxious pups, leash training, administering medication, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for all kinds of pets. As someone who works from home and sets my own schedule, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate your needs. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I’m here to help your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. Let’s chat about how I can help you and your furry family members! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine because I work from home and set my own schedule. This flexibility allows me to prioritize the needs of the pets I care for, whether it's scheduling walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I enjoy incorporating outdoor time with dogs into my day, as it’s a great way to stay active and bring joy to both the pets and myself. Caring for animals has always been a rewarding part of my life, and I’m happy to make it a regular part of my routine. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and loved. I make sure they have plenty of space to relax and play along with access to fresh water, food, and any other comforts they’re accustomed to. I also provide lots of attention, affection, and enrichment to help them feel at ease. I have a balcony at my apartment and a dog park at my complex and am happy to take your dog down for a romp or walk if staying for doggy daycare. I also only care for one pet at a time in my home so you'll be ensured they will get all the attention they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to maintain their routines as closely as possible to minimize stress. I ensure their needs are met, whether it’s feeding, walking, administering medication, or simply spending quality time with them. I treat their home with respect and provide regular updates to keep pet parents reassured. No matter where I care for them, my goal is to ensure that every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for.

About: I have a pet of my own and know that is really important to find someone you trust to take care of the pets you love! I have a very flexible schedule, and know that I will be able to fit any care needs into my current day to day routine I will not be offering taking pets into my home but I’ll definitely be able to come over and take care of them at your home!

About: I love animals and have worked with them for six years from boarding to emergency. I am used to dealing with all kinds of temperments and energy levels! Working with animals for so long has definitely conditioned my brain to have a schedule revolving around them, especially since I have three of my own :) I work long hours Friday through Sunday, but that means I am completely available on my days off for your fur babies. I am accustomed to working with animals that are sick, anxious, aggressive etc. I am able to give shots, take blood, give insulin as directed, check glucose levels and more. I want to make sure an owner never has to worry when their pets are with me!

I am a mom of two human kids and five furry kids (four cats, one dog)For the past couple years,I was building up clientele for my in-home boarding and then was eventually able to just take regulars for a few years. However , now I am wanting to branch out and offer drop-ins and dog walks in the Red Bank/Hixson area! I have experience administrating oral medicine and eye medication for both dogs and cats. I've also watched pups with separation anxiety. I'd love to come meet you and your furry(or not) family member! Look forward to hearing from you! About: I've always had a passion for caring for animals & have had them in my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've cared for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior animals with special needs. I volunteered for several years at a local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for cats and walking/training dogs. Having had an elderly dog myself, I know how to handle the specific needs of older pets too - managing mobility issues, administering medications, & ensuring they are comfortable and well cared for. I know just how hard it can be to have someone new care for your pet, so I prioritize communication. I'm happy to always send pics + regular updates to give you peace of mind & help you feel connected! Having a cat that needs fairly specific care, I'm committed to knowing & following your pet's specific care. If they need an active schedule with lots of walks and playtime or gentle care due to age or health concerns, I'll ensure they get the best attention possible. My goal is to make sure you & your pet are happy & comfortable while I’m watching them, so I always treat every animal as if they were my own fur baby. I have a very flexible work schedule, which makes it easy for me to accommodate your pet care needs, whether it's regular check-ins or walks/feeding. I’m able to ensure they get all the attention, exercise, & care they need :) As an attentive animal lover - whether it’s feeding, walks, or playtime - I pay close attention & follow your pets usual routine. I take safety seriously - securing doors, gates, and following any specific instructions you provide. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy and cared for in their own familiar environment!

About: I've been around animals my whole life. My most recent fur child, Harvey, I raised on my own from when he was 6 weeks old. I just recently lost him to cancer after 13 years together. He was my soulmate. I'm happy to care for your animals as if they were my own and have plenty of experience with animals of all ages. We just moved back to Chattanooga and I'm currently unemployed as my husband and I are transitioning to remote work so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. We are renting as of right now so I can not offer for your animals to stay with me, but I can come to you and have no problem caring for your animals at your home and or/taking your animals to parks for fun and exercise.

About: I've taken care of and owned dogs of ALL ages! Whether they want to lounge around or go on a hike, I can do it! I recently relocated here and am working remotely part time! I have watched my friend's 6 month old puppy for 2 weeks along with my dog. While I live in an apartment, there is a fenced area and tons of open grass and trails within one minute of my door. I have a 6 year old dog who loves to play with other animals! He has lived with cats and other dogs so he's used to all creatures.

About: I work from home and have 2 dogs and 3 cats. An English bulldog named Earl and a pug named peach, and 3 cats named Bill Purray, Dottie and Marla. They are very spoiled and happy little animal kids. They are at our sides at all times. I love seeing animals at any place or time so this seems like a dream side gig for me! I’d love to take care of your animal children too. :) I work from home so this makes taking care of your pets a very flexible and enjoyable gig for me!
