About: I’ve been rescuing animals since I could talk: dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, lizards, turtles, anything with a pulse lol. I am a veterinary social worker with a passion in the animal human bond. I have recently started training to be a dog trainer. I have experience working with high energy dog breeds, puppies, kittens, and senior animals. Many of the skills that I use as a therapist are transferable to training and bonding with animals. It’s so exciting to connect the information I know about humans with working with animals. I work full time as a therapist and am gone for about 3-4 hours at a time. After 3-4 hours I come home to check on all animals. Weekends I am completely open. The day typically starts around 8am in my household and schedule may vary depending on the needs of the animals in my home. I have a fenced in yard and designated dog room for crating animals while I am away. It is important to me that your animals safety is top priority, so when unsupervised they will be crated in a room designed for their comfort. I have 2 friendly pups who have been through professional training & one cat who minds his own business. I have the ability to separate your animals from other animals if needed. I can accommodate various needs.

Well mannered pets will have full access to the house unless otherwise instructed by pet parents. I have crates available for pets that require. Dogs will be let out at least 5 times per day (before and after breakfast, in the afternoon, before and after dinner, and before bed). Dogs will have several opportunities to play in the yard or in the house. Feeding times for my own pets are 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. I am more than happy to adjust for your pets needs! My goal is to make you dog feel at home and at ease:) *For dog boarding needs: I can not accept any dogs that display aggressive behavior towards my dogs. Dogs must be well socialized to dogs outside of their own home. *For dog walking needs: All dogs must be well behaved on leash and have a secure collar/ harness.
